I’ve been visiting this hotel since the mid 1990’s. Way back then I was a lowly bank clerk on expenses and found the stature of the hotel imposing and I felt underdressed. Even back then I never felt judged or was made to feel inferior. Fast forward 30 years and we can afford a harbour view room and to eat in the hotel yet the same welcoming atmosphere still exists. A testament to the training and professionalism being instilled to this day

This was a perfect location for our first visit to Sydney. Central spot to stay, which was great from which to access all of the attractions.
The staff were very helpful and the room was lovely, with a comfortable bed.

It was very nice. It was very expensive to the pint of being ridiculously pricey! Most staff were a good a few had a bit of an attitude if they thought you look like you didn’t have money. Overall nice hotel to stay and great location.
