Great location! get a beach view you wont regret it! nice pool! and the breakfast is honestly one of the best ive had at a hotel!

Rooms are old and need an upgrade

I would highly recommend the accomodation. There is nothing to complain about .Beautiful pool area. I attended a seminar there.Food at Fables restaurant and catering for the event was to a very high standard excellent.

Room was clean Air con very effective

Clean room. No food in fridge except small milk. No mini kitchenette. Pillow was too soft and flat. Hated the pillows!! Great view from appartment

Good location. Well priced buffet breakfast. Comfortable bed. Quiet. Friendly staff.

soap in shower ran out. Room had weird smell everytime we went in after being out all day. Other than that, Room service was nice and helpful. Room and beds was comfortable and beautiful balcony lookout!

Wonderful stay

Really loved the Studio with Sea View. Surprised to see cooking utensils and hot plate. Don't usually get that with a Studio. Thoroughly Recommend. Kaye H.

Rooms were filthy (floors, shower/bath, used condoms and tissues under the bed. Shower wouldn’t convert to one or the other only both at the same time so there was no water pressure. Coffee cups were not cleaned and replaced and milk was also not replace for the next day. Bed light wasn’t working. Tv wouldn’t work properly and remote was not working. Drain in the bathroom floor was sharp and dangerous and my partner sliced his toe open on it twice. Bath mat not replaced so had no bath mat. Aircon wouldn’t work properly and the toilet cistern wouldn’t stop flushing/running. We had complained however they said the manager wasn’t there and to go online and fill out complaint form. We request a full refund please and if possible a few nights covered by the hotel to replace the horrible experience we had this weekend with our stay and bare essentials let alone in a hotel we paid good money for and as compensation for my partners injuries to his foot/toes, removing the opportunity to take this complaint further. Upon departing we spoke to other guests that said a few people have had similar issues and would not recommend your hotel and were going to give the hotel a bad review. We do not wish to do that however we will if we cannot be compensated as requested above please.

Close to Surfers without all the racket. Easy parking and comfortable room. The included breakfast was good too.

Staff were friendly and accomodating, pool was nice. Great location (close to the heart of Surfers) Hotel is starting to show its age, however, we had an excellent stay with no issues.

Breakfast was good, but it is very basic. Don't expect multi cuisine. Room is very old. No microwave, no water provided if you did not book it through Accor. Beach view is good with a small balcony. Hotel is very basic. Not even par with Novotel, though Accor keep them in same range.

Breakfast wasn’t amazing and wouldn’t pay for this again. But everything else was great value.

Great breakfast buffet, room was clean and comfortable and staff were great - little old but overall we had a great stay so definitely no complaints. Even had a partial sea view which we weren't expecting, so that was a bonus!

AC had issues, they came as soon as we called and fixed it. Nice clean rooms.
