Lovely place to stay. Great location. Great facilities

Considering the price per night, this room was below standard. There was no parking available. We had to line up for 30 mins to check in.

Blonde hair girl at reception was very helpful, room was nice and clean and security at night made us feel safe and helped with directions to where we needed to go. 10/10 for hotel location and our short stay. Thank you!

This hotel experience has been my most disappointing by far. During my hotel search, I was looking specifically for a room with a full ocean view & balcony to share with my partner for a special occasion which is why I booked the room pictured on website. Instead, we received a partial ocean view & no balcony. When I went downstairs to talk to reception, they checked with management but were “sold out” so I was told “there is nothing they can do” & it’s only “based on availability”. When I looked at my reservation, I had the full ocean view in text but the balcony was only shown in photos which is very misleading as there is nothing that said “based on availability”. Our “full ocean view” room faced southwest, not east. You can only see the ocean if you stand in the bay window. There is an option when searching on Expedia for ocean view or partial ocean view. I specifically chose ocean view to avoid this exact situation from happening. On top of all of that, the room was in poor shape. Fixtures were falling off the walls, hair dryers falling apart, multiple carpet stains, partial drywall repair without paint & to top it all off we didn’t have a king bed. We had two twin beds pushed together. We have photo documentation of our experience & will be happy to share if needed. At bare minimum this posting should be updated to accurately reflect what is being offered. We were given a subpar room which didn't match the photos or descriptions online & we should be compensated

Our check in and check out was an easy process. Staff members were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel is an older style but very well presented. Breakfast is available but we didn't partake. Cheaper price if you book ahead with the reception. Nice pool. Our room was very clean and tidy and had a great view. We went for our 25th wedding anniversary and we were surprised by a nice gift upon entering our room of a bottle of bubbly, chocolates and a lovely note from the hotel staff wishing us an enjoyable celebration. It was a lovely unexpected touch. The hotel was easily walkable to Cavill Avenue, the beach and plenty of restaurants. The tram station is very close too. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Staff were great. We booked the room for a family of 4. It had 2 x double beds in it, which was very tight. Plus only two bath towels and two pool towels. Breakfast was good, far from great. We got the 20% discount SMS which eased the pain a little. We definitely go back for round 2 the next day. Pool and cocktails were awesome though.

Clean room! Spacious. 1 and half bath. Really worked well Walk to the beach! Close by all the eateries and pubs!

Awesome, this was our second stay, and I would return

Room cleaning is regular every day and good. But sometimes the staff forgets small packages of coffee and sugar. Then tomorrow they leave coffee and sugar and not milk. Maybe they are overloaded (a lot of work and not enough people). There is no chicken or beef salami or sausage in the kitchen for breakfast. I complained to the kitchen manager and he immediately provided beef sausages for tomorrow. Everything else is very good. The hotel staff is friendly, pleasant and always helpful with a smile and efficiently.

simple, clean, power outage was taken care of very promptly, courteous staff, we thought our booking included parking, apparently it didn't, so that was disappointing as it had been one of my particular search filters, however it was a relaxing stay 😀

１６階のデラックスシティビューに泊まりました。部屋は広く清潔でとても快適に過ごせました。寝具が薄くて少し寒かったのでビーチタオルをタオルケット代わりに使いました。 ビーチもトラムの駅もカヴィル通りも歩いてすぐなので便利です。 また利用したいと思えるおすすめのホテルです。

We loved everything about our stay

Location is strong, 1 block from beach, nice pool, but do not expect rooms and hallways to be up to modern standards. The finishes are quite outdated, lighting is poorly considered, giving anything outside the lobby and pool area a slightly grimy feel. That said, it was not dirty or unsafe in any way and if a low rate on the Gold Coast is what you’re after, go for it.

The room was ok, with nothing standing ok to make it more than just ok. Staff was courteous. We chose this hotel because it advertised dining and a cocktail bar. Both were closed. If we would have known this, we would have chose a different hotel. Disappointed.
