Breakfast was nice, location is great. Outdoor food vans never open when I’ve been there. Usually a long line when checking in on weekends.

Just stayed one night while driving, nice room with an ocean view Parking was free and close to the room. It was a little confusing locating the room Direct access to the beach, great bird watching

Quiet and comfortable

Property very old and not maintained as an advertised 4 star property should be. It is an average 3 star property. Room ok - hallways, lift and common areas dirty. Breakfast was good and staff helpful.

Easy parking, comfortable bed, deep bath, rest breakfast environment with beachside vibes.

The location was excellent and staff were very polite. Parking was great as well even though not close to the room. Will book again.

I thought it was a bit weird that we had crockery and cutlery, but had to wash our dishes in the bathroom basin as there was no kitchenette

Room was clean but not sparkling, could do with a deep clean but overall good. Staff was very helpful when needed. Parking was easy and convenient. The property's best features were the location and amenities. We'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

OWN BREAKFAST, BUT CLOSE TO BAKERIES AND WONDERFUL COFFEE. YUM. AND COULD TAKE A LONG STROLL ALONG THE BEACH, SWIM AND SO CLOSE TO EVERYTHING, JUST LOVE IT

All good, except shower in the bath, must be replaced and more attention to cleaning of the lift area of the building.

The buffet breakfast was very good with a larger variety than others we had experienced. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was tight and we were wondering why some got rooms with assigned parking and others had to compete for the limited spaces. I had no idea this would be the situation or I might have been willing to pay for not having to worry about parking. Once parked, we were afraid to go anywhere with the car for fear that we wouldn’t be able to park on return. There was also a convention going on at the hotel, which made the entry and exit tricky as the hotel had set up a large tent near the lobby doors. We had to drive in to the lobby area for check-in / checkout and then back out the same way we came in. The lobby was noisy and crowded, but the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The grounds were beautiful and the proximity to a beautiful beach was a plus.

It was clean but rooms are dated and need updating.

This time stayed in lovely Heritage room on top floor with views across to ocean..room and bathroom large, great posters of Lorne, huge superb bed, and nice big bath/shower, although would be hard for elderly or leg problems as high sides and slippery. Adequate balcony for 4 to sit, furniture provided. Coffee machine welcome and crockery and cutlery if needed. We enjoyed excellent buffet breakfast included. Another great stay, thanks Mantra!!

Great place maybe just a little tired

Old but tidy inside

Great location close to the heart of Lorne. We stayed in a spacious 1 br apartment which was filled with light and was very clean. Staff were friendly & helpful
