Lovely hotel, close to tram and all major sites. Rooms were very clean, comfortable bed and quiet.

Wifi was not working, no variety in breakfast, did not change towels and provide fresh ones the next day

This property is average. Nothing special, plus extra to park the car, unless you park out in the street.

The bathroom was shockingly dirty, The walls in the room need a once over....

Cleanness is a big issue. Just some examples: dusty hairdryer, kettle with smudges, one mug showing residues at bottom. Considering this is Mantra, it is not acceptable.

Disappointing Stay — Needs Improvement I was quite let down by my recent stay at this hotel. While the location was convenient, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. The bathroom had visible mold, and the shampoo and conditioner bottles were already emptied when we arrived — which felt careless and unhygienic. One of the biggest surprises was discovering that room service came with an extra fee, which wasn’t clearly stated in the reservation. Coming back at night to find the bed unmade and the room untouched was frustrating, especially since we assumed basic housekeeping was included. Overall, the experience didn’t meet expectations, and I hope the hotel takes steps to improve both its cleanliness standards and communication around services.

Surprisingly quiet considering its proximity to Northbourne Ave. Underground parking was also available. Limited area to park while checking in - I had to park just around the corner but it was only 100 metres.

I found the property to be very clean and quite a convenient location. Parking was reasonably priced. I had a great one night stay.

Near the train station

The property was in a convenient location, close to Gio Stadium, which is where we wanted to go. There was also a tram on the corner for travel into the city. The receptionist was lovely but the communication about parking was not issued clearly. Even though there was signage in the lift, this used jargon that was not clearly understandable. If car park was full we were told to park in the street for free. Driving around in the cold & dark trying to find parking was horrible. We could see lots of No Parking signs so therefore didn't park there. Upon reading signs in the daylight we could see that we could have parked there overnight & weekends. This should have been communicated to us. We were asked if we would like our room serviced the next morning to which i said yes. When returning from our day out we found fresh towels but used towels left behind, an unmade bed, our trash bag emptied but left sitting on the counter and our used glasses just put on the tea & coffee tray. Very disappointed with this service!
