Nice quiet clean hotel. The area around the hotel is clean & quiet & safe as well. Lots of dining options not to far from the hotel. Attractions are not to far away either.

My stay eas good and having a room on the 6th floor was good because I did nit hear noisecwhich would be experienced on lower floors. Thank you

Only space for clothes is a couple of hangers, NO draw space.
Double bed is two singles pushed together with just a sheet covering them. You may as well just have two singles because you can't sleep in the middle of the bed.
Huge whole in curtain. I had no housekeeping, but to do dishes, no drain plug and no tea towel to dry with. Very Poor. Won't be staying here again.

Booked 2 rooms and reception could only find one booking when we arrived. Eventually sorted it out but not the best start after a long drive. Average all round for the price paid.

The receptionist rushed through information at check-on so fast I could hardly understand her. The breakfast was not worth $ 23 - one particular problem was that there was only one toaster and it took a long time just to half heat - not properly toast - the bread.

Close to cbd, helpful staff.
Parking is seperate to the building so unpacking and packing car you had to bring car to the hotel front which wasn’t far.
Hotel room - TV was not programmed in and couldn’t use it; mini fridge in room, the door had been left ajar freezer was frozen over and fridge door was unable to be closed so could not use mini fridge to keep anything cool.

A private feel in that you do not pass reception on entry and exit.
Does not have its own carpark. Parking is awkward and problematic. Moving a car after 2 hours gives a homelessness feel.
Making here possibly suitable for the carless, short stay, business person only.

It was convenient for what i needed. However, apart from that I wasn't thrilled.
My sheets had holes in them, there was no utensils at all, only a icy pole stick for the coffee. I had to buy cutlery at the supermarket. The carpet was stained and there was hair in the drain.
Overall, I probably wouldn't stay again.

The hotel was good. It was very quiet. The only negative was no room housekeeping was done for 1 day and my room had no body wash left. However once I notified reception they quickly resolved it.

The first room was clean but very small. The door to the bathroom and the door to the shower collided and you couldn’t easily place a bath mat on the floor. We stayed there again two nights later. The second room was more spacious and had a lovely view but we needed to ask for the air conditioning to be turned on and for a remote to operate the TV. The restaurant was closed in the evening and breakfast was expensive and minimal. It felt like the property had gone into skeleton staff in early January. I enjoyed using the gym.

The property was dirty, the floor of the lobby was littered with dead christmas beetles, and wasn’t cleaned regularly at all (the same dead bugs were there for over 24 hours, multiple times)
The shower was stained, and the shampoo, body wash, and condition were empty.
The provided spoon and mugs for coffee and tea were not cleaned properly, the spoon had visible water / dirt marks, and the mugs had lines inside of them as if they were already used.
Outside of this, the property was located close to the light rail thus giving easy access to the cbd.

It was clean, quite and safe
Dinning options were not available nor was the bar.
Afternoon safe didn’t give me a chance to ask why. Apparently will be open in a week or so
It was quite inconvenient being a woman travelling on my own I had to walk 1.5km to nearest restaurant
Taxi back as I didn’t want to risk walking on my own in the dark.
Morning staff was much more helpful

No Foxtel as advertised & only some TV channels. Light in bathroom kept turning off by itself at odd times. Stayed 1 night & supposed to be charged $15 for parking- was charged $75 (had to contact them after receiving invoice for refund) No welcome folder in room to advise services etc
