Really enjoyed the location. We were able to get to everything as it was close to Flinders and trams. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was perfect for us .

Large apartment that was clean and had all the thing you need. Unfortunately the road noise was quite loud being next to the main road.

The rooms are quite dated, particularly the bathroom which had stains all over the counter tops (which I dont think matches the $600 a night plus price tag) and it did not have the right amount of cups, plates, glasses, towels, pillows etc for the number of guests it was advertised it could accommodate. So found that we had to contact housekeeping or reception to request what should have already been provided. Had stayed here several years ago - but does not look like any updates have been done since then. We required space for 6 people but I think you could probably do better elsewhere sadly.

Spacious apartments. Bathroom was a letdown, water pressure was low and the shower over bath had a very slippery floor.

Always great friendly staff, clean, convenient and location is perfect, close to restaurant, bars transport and Melb city centre is 10 mins walk. Perfect

Room very clean and modern , and staff were very friendly. Only thing was very noisy from the traffic on city road at peak times in morning. Probably need a higher level.

Great stay! Large room with laundry in the room, very helpful for our long trip. Excellent service from front desk. Great food at restaurant! Awesome location, grocery store within the block and quick walk to transit, we loved it all. Would absolutely stay here again.

Dirty, broken facilities and beds not made properly - had to remake my own bed.

Both check in and check out was perfect. Car parking easy. Room so spacious and clean. Breakfast was fresh, delicious with a great variety and well priced. And we were gifted a bottle of wine and chocolate.

The staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are dated but it was clean and comfortable. The location makes it a perfect place to stay close to southbank and the cbd.

Previous guests rubbish left in bathroom, shower was dirty and had hair on the tiles. Dirty window ledges, windows and also mirrors, handprints all over cabinetry. Couldn't confirm if parking would be available, despite travelling almost 3hrs and aren't able to reserve parking at time of booking, which is $35 to park so really taking a chance if driving in. Quite disappointing considering the price charged and being in Melbourne City. Have stayed in 3 star hotels that are much cleaner

Unfortunately the noise from the road traffic was almost constant throughout the night, I appreciate we were on the road side but clearly no double glazed windows etc

Everything was perfect for family trip

The lady on reception when we checked in on Tuesday the 13th & when we checked out on the 14th of January was really lovely, such a happy friendly person. Room 706 😊

Staffing very good, rooms a fraction older but very comfortable for the family. Breakfast exceptional
