We had a lovely comfortable overnight stay. The big bed was comfy with doona and extra pillows and blanket in the cupboard. It got a little stuffy overnight but the aircon fixed that. and the bathroom was great. Brand new and clean. Everything worked well! I'd stay here again :)

Nice clean comfy rooms, the shower was very nice.
Unfortunately the restaurant was undergoing refurbishment but the club next door was only 10 metres away.

Good location for exploring the eastern side of The Melbourne area, Phillip Island, Mornington Peninsula etc, Modern hotel with plenty of space. The restaurant was closed for refurbishment during our stay.

The staff at this hotel need some basic customer service training. Young girl wearing glasses on reception continued working on her computer while we waited for a simple greeting and you could tell it was an effort for her to check us in. The lady with henna tattoos on departure was also rude and unfriendly. Hotel otherwise was nice.

Staff were lovely. The overall building is in excellent condition. Lots of parking. There could be some work done to improve the deadening of sounds coming from outside the room. There was also a problem with the air conditioner. I was able to open a window in the room - which I was very grateful for and is unusual to be able to do these days.

We paid a bit extra for a luxury suite but it was worthwhile.
Loved the super comfortable king size bed and huge bathroom with double basins and bath tub.
Kitchenette with fridge, microwave and kettle was also handy.
Negatives were the artificial room freshener which was overpowering and unpleasant.
Unfortunately the hotel restaurant was also closed for renovation.
