Definitely worth the stay! New, nice and clean!

Good location for exploring the eastern side of The Melbourne area, Phillip Island, Mornington Peninsula etc, Modern hotel with plenty of space. The restaurant was closed for refurbishment during our stay.

Good stay

The staff at this hotel need some basic customer service training. Young girl wearing glasses on reception continued working on her computer while we waited for a simple greeting and you could tell it was an effort for her to check us in. The lady with henna tattoos on departure was also rude and unfriendly. Hotel otherwise was nice.

Staff were lovely. The overall building is in excellent condition. Lots of parking. There could be some work done to improve the deadening of sounds coming from outside the room. There was also a problem with the air conditioner. I was able to open a window in the room - which I was very grateful for and is unusual to be able to do these days.

Our room was amazing, super clean and new. Will definitely stay again. The reception staff were really helpful as we needed to organise a late check in - they made it really easy. Highly recommend

Customer service is top notch, clean rooms, always my go-to in Pakenham.

We paid a bit extra for a luxury suite but it was worthwhile. Loved the super comfortable king size bed and huge bathroom with double basins and bath tub. Kitchenette with fridge, microwave and kettle was also handy. Negatives were the artificial room freshener which was overpowering and unpleasant. Unfortunately the hotel restaurant was also closed for renovation.

Room, staff and motel all amazing but I was not happy about the price given on your site being in USD and on paying at the location obviously because of the conversion the price was higher than expected

Enjoyed my stay

The property and facilities were fine, though i found it disappointing that the room ac wasnt on at arrival to cool the room prior to us getting there. Also, the facilities werent checked and the kettle was obviously damaged and had to search to find the power point for the tv. Minor details, but when tired from driving those little things are easy to have been done beforehand and a pain fo an incoming quest. At the pricepoint i would have expected better as we had stayed in cheaper priced accomodation in the cbd which was better.

Just a great comfortable place to stay with very helpful staff

Very clean room, convenient location, very friendly staff!! The bathroom is a wet room and the slope of the floor isn't enough for the water to drain, the bathroom floor floods. Quite noisy but easy enough to get over
