Useful clean hotel close to suburban North Shore at a fair value price. Didn't have the SMART TV experience but for someone who just wants a good meal and good sleep this was fine. Restaurant had a nice varied menu which was fresh and well presented. Food choices enabled my low carb hi protein diet. Good coffee. I suppose anyone who wants to be close to the nearby hospitals, its a winner I'd say.

the only issue I found was the shower door, it opened into the shower cubical by the time you stepped into the cubical it was a tight squeeze to close the door if you are of a large build it would be difficult.

Staff very helpful. Bed was a bit hard. Our room faced the main road, and was a bit noisy. We were offered a different room but stayed in ours and got used to the traffic noise. Didn’t stop us sleeping. The hotel Cafe/Restaurant served excellent breakfasts.
