The room was very clean and quiet, bed and shower great. If you book, make sure you get one of the larger rooms if you can as smaller rooms can be quite tight in size. Lady at reception was super helpful. Combi van coffee in reception very reasonably priced.

We had a larger, accessible room which was clean & comfortable. We had a kitchenette (but didn’t use it) - though there was no table and chairs (apart from a working bench under the TV. We had a very small balcony which you could open the room up with. There is onsite underground parking - some spots are tricky to get in/out of. There is a pub next door with a good bistro and a few places close by for breakfast. There is a converted kombucha van in the foyer for some food items to go with a real coffee.

Motel was in great location near town centre and railway. Staff were excellent helpful and friendly. Room was very clean modern and great price.

It was a short stay, worth one. Close to station and all the amenities. Close to the beach and blowhole. Definitely recommend it.

This is one of our favourite no‑fuss hotels. However, our most recent stay wasn’t quite as good— the mattress in Room 204 definitely needs replacing. It was very uncomfortable for both of us. That said, for a low‑budget hotel with a great location and convenient parking, it’s otherwise a solid choice.

Lovely clean room. I booked room with a kitchen, which was great! Walked to ocean pool and rock pool, and fantastic bakery.

A lovely stay at Nova Kiama. It was convenient, quiet and clean.

We stayed in the one bedroom executive unit in late March from Monday to Thursday in room 201. * Location is excellent, close to the train station and restaurants, easily walkable to blowhole and surf beach * Secure parking with keycard access, there are two levels and there was no shortage on weekdays * The suite itself was clean, but was more like an apartment with vinyl floors. It was comfortable but not stylish or luxurious. * Bed was reasonably comfortable * There were signs of wear and tear where maintenance could be improved - roller blinds in bedroom were flayed barely functional. Air conditioning units displaying filters needed cleaning. * Kitchenette was functional for making a cooked breakfast. Tea and coffee and long-life milk provided, but you'll need to BYO oil, salt, pepper etc. Note that the fridge does not have a freezer compartment - so there is no ice for cold drinks. * Strict 'No seafood policy'! There was a rather strict warning about getting charged $300 should any sign of seafood be detected in your room - including remnants or smells of seafood etc. Which seems a bit over the top and unfriendly for a coastal property. Taking the wording literally, you can't even have smoked salmon or canned tuna in your room! Overall, it was ok, but the no seafood policy puts us off and we probably won't stay again for that reason. A general warning about applying surcharges if not keeping the place clean and odour-free should suffice.

The lady on reception was there on the late shift and again first thing in the morning. She was so friendly and helpful!!!!

Very clean room. Friendly helpful staff. Good location. Rooms small but comfortable. No hairdryer or iron was our only negative.

Quiet clean room with a comfortable bed. Excellent staff - nothing was too much trouble, very welcoming. Excellent location walking distance from the beach and great cafes and restaurants.
