Property right in town easy access for walks etc shower took a while for hot water and temp to establish - taps old Noise from conjoined buildings quite loud during the night - halls gap lovely town to visit and amazing waterfalls after rain

In a lovely setting place has been let go because we have stayed here many times in the past. The bathroom plugs, toilet system were terrible along with the mould on the bathroom ceiling. The draws which had the cutlery was dirty and the toilet system was making abnormal sounds all night. We wanted a wine glass and there was 1 and a champagne glass which I wouldn’t have drank out of. Fortunately we took our own glasses. The beds were hard and uncomfortable and the pillows were flat and I wouldn’t take off the pillow case because I was unsure what I would find. All in all not a successful stop over for the price we paid. I had to call a mobile number to get them back to the office to check in. Unacceptable.

The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable. However there was inadequate hot water - not warm enough for a shower, the electric blanket was faulty with the fault tag on it but still left on the bed and the toilet was not fixed to the floor!

We had a 2 day stay, on check in we were told to wait 20 minutes for our room. The room set out was ok. But definitely needed a good clean, seeing them vape while making up your room wasn't appealing either. I wouldn't stay here again unfortunately.

Allom and team were extremely helpful, lending phone chargers and storing bags for us while we were out hiking for over a week. The room was clean, thoughtfully arranged, and warm. Very reasonably priced and friendly atmosphere. Cheers!

Quick check-in and easily location of room with parking right outside our door. Excellent location to quickly walk into the town. Cleanliness was ok for price however mould in shower/ bathroom area.

The location of this property is perfect. It is slightly run down, in saying that we enjoyed our stay.

It was ok but very outdated. Old lounges, fire place didn’t work just very basic

Room wasn't ready at check in, given the wrong room, got into the right room second night, jetted tub didnt work well, toilet broken, clump of hair that didn't belong to us in the bed. Ended up leaving a night early.
