Quest Penrith

If this review site allowed me to rate it TERRIBLE, I would. Our experience was shocking. After circling the huge block several times to find somewhere to park the car (there is only one spot available for a quick drop off, nothing available for when you arrive) we were told there was only street or train station parking available! All a huge walk away (with luggage and nobody would dare leave their car at Penrith Station overnight!) I had to quickly jump out of the car on a pedestrian crossing, just to get to Reception); my partner kept circling the block looking for a parking spot, to no avail. I told them to cancel the booking and lost my money. The website does not state the lack of street parking nor the distance of the train station parking (nobody in their right mind would leave their car there anyhow). There was simply nowhere to park! Reception advised they do not have enough car spaces for the number or rooms... The gent at Reception emailed me (instead of ringing) to advise a car spot suddenly was available for $30!! By then, we'd booked elsewhere. I was livid! When asked why they didn't ring me, they said EXPEDIA DONT FORWARD PHONE NUMBERS on to the hotels !! Really??? Never ever again will I use Expedia or suggest Quest Penrith to anyone.

Super easy booking and check in. Very handy to the train station and some cafes next door. Clean well set out room that was very appreciated after a hectic day of travelling.

Staff were friendly, attentive and accommodated an early check-in and room reconfiguration.

Very clean and spacious room, value for money, quite and relaxing. Plenty of parking off street if need to. Staff is very helpful.

I had Hamza as a receptionist. He was amazing. He was very nice and genuine. It felt like I wasn’t talking to a robot and I was talking to somebody that cared about his job. He made this process very easy. I would rate service 5 out of 5 ! But I would rate my visit 3 out of 5 just due to the uncomfortable bed and pillows. Absolutely nothing to do with the service I got from the employees !! I cannot appreciate them enough quest Penrith should be really fortunate for the employees they have. Really made me smile

Great property, maybe a bit expensive for suburb.

The construction works next door unfortunately ruined it as the noise in the morning was terrible…we did try to change rooms but it was booked out Our bad luck I suppose

The lady at reception was extremely helpful, the whole place was very clean and tidy. Dojt forget to book parking though..

The reception staff were so welcoming and helpful during my stay. The room was very clean and spacious, they even had the temperature and music set perfectly. Really enjoyed my stay.

Air conditioning was good. Lounge looked like it could use a clean.

Property and service was good. The downside is parking. Parking was already full when i booked the property and I had to find a parking myself which is way up the station car parking.

Ideal location with everything close by.
