good and strategic location in China Town area, clean and the receptionist and others are very helpful, the room has high ceilings, soundproof even though it is on the 1st floor and it is not disappointing, will stay there again. everywhere is easy and access to the city with monorail is easy and close. shopping and restaurant access can be reached on foot.

I vacation in Sydney with my husband and 1 child. Very strategic hotel...in front of the hotel there is paddys market. Looking for a taxi and eating is also easy. The rooms are also very comfortable. I took a family room for 4 people...and I was very happy that the bed was very comfortable. To put my large suitcase luggage quite a lot of places. For me praying is also a lot of places. The hotel clerk was very helpful while we were there. thanks Ultimo...you're great, stay like this and keep up👍

Great little hotel for a short stay Location was wonderful and close to everything you need Room was pretty small but comfy bed and linen Could have done with a vacuum and there was black hair on the stick tv cabinet (I’m blonde) There was also black hair throughout the bathroom floor (which was greasy) Not enough to complain over Great for a short trip

I have stayed at the ultimo over a dozen times over the last 12 or so years. This time it seemed everything was super noisy. The room next to us had 1am showers and the sound of the water and pipes was so loud through the walls. Everything just seemed amplified in our room and I’ve never had a noise problem before. Definitely wouldn’t stay in room 213 again. The location is wonderful. The hotel is truly in the ideal spot with market city opposite.

Location! Affordability! Amenities! Friendly, helpful Staff! Definitely a motel to book again! Beautiful, clean, spacious room. Comfiest of beds, and pillows., great little coffee station. …. Iron, ironing board, hair dryer. Well appointed bathroom … large, anti fog, mirror that lights up, roomy ledge above vanity that holds all of your toiletries. Shower, whilst not having enough pressure (for me), was lovely & hot). Note about the bathroom: when I booked, I requested an access bathroom, or at least a shower chair. The booking company didn’t pass on the message, so my room had neither. The Head staffer, Francesco, not only found me a shower, but gave me a free upgrade to a room with a marvellous view of the city. Couldn’t have been more helpful, polite or friendly. The motel is located right in Sydney’s Chinatown, so you are totally spoilt with the abundance of restaurants, of all different nationalities. A five minute walk away is the Sydney Light Rail, 10 minutes to the train, short light rail trip to the magnificent Sydney Harbour, where you can catch a ferry to multiple locations.
