Very nice property and the rooms and layout for the W at Darling Harbour are beautiful! Great views too as we had a room overlooking Darling Harbour.

What a beautiful hotel. Location to Darling, Harbour, Darling Quarter, Paddy's Markets, Entertainment Centre and the ICC is exceptional. Even only a short walk to city or Barangaroo. Check in was a bit slow and we were there at 11am when it wasn't a busy time. Rooms are beautifully appointed. Bar has a beautiful outlook. Bar staff were not particularly competent but friendly and fun which more than made up for this. The breakfast is next level, worth doing once in your life. Car parking is very inconvenient if you are doing it yourself, took us 9mins to drive to the carpark. Definitely go with the Valet parking option. Overall, a lovely hotel with great staff and amenities.

The reception & concierge staff were friendly & welcoming. All areas of hotel were clean & tidy. The rooms were excellent & we had great views of Darling Harbour. The rooftop infinity pool over the Harbour was fabulous. We dinned in the BTWN restaurant& although pricey the food was excellent & plentiful. The location is fabulous & it’s an easy walk to Pit Street & QVB building.

Premium hotel, staff were mostly fantastic. Only issue was check in was almost 2 hours later than the advertised time. We arrived early dropped our bags and were advised by the staff that the room should be ready for us early, which was nice and unexpected. When we returned to the hotel at check in time we had to wait an additional hour and a half. Just a little frustrating is all.

Lovely hotel, great location. Friendly staff and very helpful. Fab room overlooking harbour. Little dark due to decor and not enough lights but very modern. Comfy bed. Great walks right outside with good selection of restaurants, bars & cafes, shops. Also good location for ferries. Walkable distance to Sydney harbour bridge and the lovely Opera House.

The attention to detail at the W Hotel is outstanding. The check in staff are very friendly and welcoming, when you call for assistance in your room they are quick to respond and very efficient. The bathroom amenities in particular he cleansing face cream were greatly appreciated. Breakfast was delicious too, We will be back!

Everything was 5 stars- the service was absolutely the best around. I've stayed at a lot of 5 star hotels, especially around Sydney and this was on par with any of the best around the world. Everything- from the in room dining experience, the food, the cleanliness, the decor, the beds being comfortable, the amenities, even the shampoo- everything was 5 stars. They've got my loyalty for Sydney stays from now on!

The Hotel presented clean modern and new. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The restaurants presented well and all the goods delicious. I would recommmend staying at least once. It is a bit pricey but worth the experience.
