Apartment Erdbergstrasse

Vienna is an easy city for an American tourist. The property was also way to access, very relaxing with an elegant and efficient design and aesthetic.

This is a very nice apartment in a safe and well-maintained neighborhood. We stayed for five nights with kids, and it was a very pleasant accommodation. There is plenty of space in the apartment. The beds are very comfortable (the pillows could be slightly better). The only thing missing from the kitchen are wine glasses :)

Beautiful entranceway leading to a comfortable, clean spacious apartment. Excellent communication. Very easy to ask questions. Grocery store across the street was a bonus. Safe area close to public transit. Highly recommend this apartment.

It was exactly what I needed for a short visit. Great area but quiet. Nice space. If you plan on using the nice little kitchen, maybe just bring your own condiments (salt, oil, etc).

Property was very well located and safe with very good kitchen and cooking amenities. Bathroom was small however and shower was cramped. Apartment was otherwise very clean and check in communication was great.

Very close to grocery shop and public transportation. Apartment was a good size and very nice to have washer and dishwasher

Apartment was very spacious and relatively clean. However, the lift does not stop on the same level as the apartment units and heavy luggages have to be lugged up and down the stairs which was quite a challenge for us.

Loved my stay here in Vienna, and the apartment was very clean and well maintained, excellent !

Very nice apartment good value Good communication

The apartment is spacious in every room - bedroom, living room, bathroom, and kitchen. Kitchen utensils, plates, bowls, pots are provided, enough for a family of 4. There is a supermarket 1min away from the apartment which is very convenient. The double windows keep room warm, although it’s not so sound proof, can still hear outside when cars passing by. The room is marked air conditioned on hotels.com, but there is no air conditioner. There are 2 fans in the apartment, with one broken, the other one shaking but can blow air. The ventilator in toilet room is broken. On the last day, the hours between we got up till check out, wifi stopped working.

Location is good to go everywhere and easy to find a parking nearby. But the room is too old and looks not clean enough. And no AC in the unit which is really hot. If you travel in summer, not a good choice.

Overall, it was a nice place to stay. Clean and tidy. Met our needs. We received emails ahead of time warning us about the need to be quiet so we felt we had to tiptoe around and talk in low voices the whole time. It did feel like close quarters with the other building residents.

Stovetop not working, elevator is not working

It is in a great location. Check in and out were very easy. The place seemed spacious. They had the necessities covered. The best thing was how quickly you could get in and out of the city

Extremely bad flooring making bad noise and tiles coming up when one walks and vibrates the whole floor. The bathing area is cramped and toilet seat is placed awkward. The only positive about it is that rooms are very spacious and location is decent. Never experienced such accommodation before. Strongly not recommend this property to anyone.

Bathroom light did not work, could use more dishes, otherwise good

It's the perfect budget control option. The apartment was very new and extremely clean. Self check-in worked like a charm. Thanks!

Highly recommended! Great location and very responsive management! It was perfect for our need
