Gym is really basic, more equipment woudl be great other than that a very nice hotel

This is a typical generic Hilton hotel if you want an American hotel experience. Awful muzak playing, meh food, but nice staff, it was clean, recently renovated with comfortable beds, terrible public transit connections, and kind of a nowhere neighborhood next to the Danube. The pool is nice, empty, and freezing, which keeps people away. If you want to swim short laps, and the view of the river is nice.

Quiet and easy parking.

Breakfast was very nice with broad variety. Hotel room is a good size with 2 queen beds. Just not central but pricing is reflected accordingly. It is just a short walk to the Stadion underground station and one quick ride to the center/Vienna Opera House area. Transit is convenient and relatively easy to follow.

I stay there with my family (2 adults and 3 kids) for three nights as we were traveling through Central Europe. The staff was friendly, the property was very clean and beautiful view of Danube river. There is an amazing kebab shop not too far away and train station in 5-7 mins walk. The air-conditioning of the room Sub optimal and it cooled only the portion of the room that was closer to the air conditioner. So there was no air-conditioning towards the bed closer to the window and it got hot.

Everything was great. No request was too much. All the staff were polite and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend. The views were breathtaking along the Danube and breakfast was awesome - loved the Austrian bread pudding and custom made omelettes. Had a yummy salad with a delicious mocktail on the first night too.

I had an evening in Vienna on the way back to America from Cyprus, and this hotel was just what I needed. Everything was streamlined, the facilities were clean, a nice breakfast in the morning, and right on the Danube River outside. The price was right, too.

Very nice and very busy hotel. Breakfast is one of the highlights. So much to choose from. Kids loved it. Just a little bit disappointed with the outdoor pool which wasn’t heated. We didn’t have the best of the weather to enjoy it very well.

While the views over the Danube are pretty spectacular and the location is great with a promenade by the water I found some aspects pretty disappointing: - they don't even offer you slippers or robes anymore (only the executive rooms have these) which I find ridiculous for a 4 star hotel - you have to pay for the parking an extra EUR26 per day - the swimming pool is not heated and the water is terribly cold even in August. How come a 4 star Hilton couldn't afford to have a heated swimming pool I wonder... - breakfast is pretty basic compared to other 4 star hotels I think a hotel as reputable as Hilton can certainly do better than this...

Excellent hotel, clean and safe. Room was enormous and very quiet with comfy beds. Nice outdoor cafe seating, snall pool and loungers. Its a big hotel so sometimes service was a little slow. Food in the bar was excellent as was breakfast though it did get a bit chaotic with so many people. It is a 15 min tube ride to the city centre which was very easy but good to be aware.

My stay would have been great if it wasn’t for a couple and their kids across our room… they would wake up at 5:00 am to scream and run down the corridors… extremely annoying and incomvenient… I have kids on my own and I have always made sure they don’t misbehave in public…

We stayed two nights and the people staying in the room in front of us had some small children that were extremely loud… running down the corridor at 5:00 am and screaming out loud the whole time… I asked to be switched rooms but was told hotel was completely bookeed… it ruined the whole stay for me…I have kids myself but I always teach them to respect public spaces where others can be affected…

The hotel is under staffed so there is nobody to help you. Waited forever to check in. Was in a “non-smoking room” that smelled so strong of smoke we couldn’t sleep. Couldn’t change rooms because nobody was available at the front desk to help. I would not recommend this stay and will not return.

Excellent amenities and comfort! If you’re trying to explore Vienna on foot, though, this is not well connected to public transit and is pretty far out from the old town area.

Very good hotel, wonderful breakfast, great staff

It is a very nice hotel facing the Danube river. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. We especially like the breakfast which is super fresh with different varieties to choose from. One of the best breakfast we would recommend.
