Loved the appartments. Perfect balance for cost and service. With privacy to match. Great to leave and have breakfast just nearby then walk into the city centre or catch any of the many public transport options nearby.

Nice location for transportation around Vienna. Clean small room suitable for limited budget.

The hotel is good for the budget friendly traveler. If you are looking for luxury this is not the place for you. It is very basic although for someone like me, I am good. One thing I noticed is that hot water fluctuates. In the winter time it should be consistent. Also, it is walkable to the major attractions in Wien, although there aren't much eating places nearby, though grocery stores are not too far. I just hope in the future, they would do away with the "no cancellation" policy. It would be good to give at least 24-48 hours cancellation notice. Majority of hotels nowadays follow that procedure.

No staff service at all

Convenient for city centre in a nice area. Hotel is all you need for a short stay.

Clean, quiet and practical. The location is so great in west Vienna.

Kind staff and good location!

This hotel is quite interesting, in that it’s located inside an apartment building but everything seemed to be well managed. I did not have any issues. The check in time was cut off at a certain time but when I informed them about a late check in, they went out of their way to wait for me and give me the key. Also, it’s quite inexpensive for Vienna yet walkable to the inner city, only 15 minutes to the Christmas market. No need to even take a train or bus. Good location!

Great hotel; staff was very welcoming and check-in was super easy. Rooms are perfect for solo / budget travelers, and they had everything I needed. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

There was nothing not to like given the price for a room. Shouldn't cost more though! Faysal is a courteous and highly competent receptionist.

Feels Historical, and is right in the center of everything. Was perfect for my needs.

There was NO CHECK-IN!! Though I had written messages via Expedia AND called them that I would arrive late AND they promised to send me the information to get the keys … THEY DIDN'T. No cell phone to call them only an answering machine (that, obviously, nobody checked) … and so I ended up at midnight in Vienna without my booked room. You should de-list this (NON)-Hotel IMMEDIATELY: They treat their (and your) customers like stray dogs or cats, not like persons! WHAT A MESS!

The people working at the hotel were so nice and friendly and helpful. The room was so clean and comfortable. During the heatwave, they gave me a fan and the room stayed cool and comfortable. I thought the building was safe and conveniently located to the 13A bus and the tram.

Terrible experience. Instead of check in ust remote hand over of the keys through a box with a code. No staff in the hotel almost all the day. We paid higher price for a room with breakfast, but in the morning reception was closed and no breakfast provided. No staff in the hotel, nobody answered the phone. That is why even luggage storage was not possible and we had problem to leave the hotel and visit the city. It is not hotel, for sure not the 3 star. It is like a terrible Airnb room rental without any staff in the place. When finally somebody came at noon for cleaning rooms, there were no interested we paid for breakfast, only interest was where we gave the keys from the room. As we booked from hotels.com they were not interested in anything we booked with them. They said service is limeted due to some staff Injury we should follow the rules they sent by email a day before the stay. It is only rules valid by their opinion. There were not interested that it is radiccaly different from the conditions what were provided during booking. Even no interest for giving money back for not provided breakfast etc...
