Hotel Fabrik

We really loved the history and decor at this hotel. Staff were both friendly and helpful, when needed. Lots of breakfast choices, a decent restaurant on site and a very short walk to the subway/bus/tram station. We will stay here again and will recommend to friends.

This hotel has a good location, only about 5 minutes walk from the Margaretengürtel U-bahn station, and there are also bikeshare bicycles at that station. I arrived in the morning and they were able to give me an early checkin, which was very much appreciated. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and the reverse cycle air conditioner worked well on the days when it was hot. The breakfast was pretty good and part of the room rate, which was nice. Overall for the price, this is an excellent option, and, as a regular traveller to Vienna, this may be my new "home" hotel.

Everything was great except the curtains which let loads of light through. Woke up every morning when the sun rose because the room is too bright.

A very nice hotel with a great staff and close to both the tram system and the subway.

Lovely building, very clean and comfortable and a lovely breakfast. Close to underground station and a selection of restaurants. Only negative is that it would have been nice to have tea and coffee facilities in the room.

I thoroughly enjoyed my 6-night stay at Hotel Fabrik. It offered the unique historical experience of staying in a former textile factory, as well as ample modern conveniences. The breakfast every morning was stellar-- the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The restaurant in the hotel also offered great food at a reasonable price.

Great location for the Underground. Quiet location once you were in the hotel. Friendly staff, nice breakfast, can't fault it. Very, very clean and well maintained.

Close to public transportation and all tourist areas. Very clean and comfortable; extremely helpful staff. Definitely stay here again if I come back to Vienna and will recommend it

The hotel is not ao far from the schonnenbrunn castle but the area is boring, hard to access and a bit creepy

This hotel is excellent. The beds are comfortable. The breakfast extraordinary. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We couldn't be happier. The room was on the smaller side, but it was all we needed and very typical for Europe. It was a hot day and having nice cold AC waa fabulous. We had a late check-in--we just went to the restaurant to get our key. The area and room were very quiet. We tried to eat at the restaurant, but it was late and they stopped serving food at 10 pm. The only slight downside was the shower was a bit tricky to maneuver because thierere was no door so we had to be careful not to spray water everywhere--but ww managed just fine. We discovered an amazing restaurant 5 min away, which is called "Dinglestedt". We would certainly stay here again--excellent value!

Close to a station, tho not in central location. A good restaurant with great service.

Fabulous hotel. Although not in the centre of Vienna subway very close. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Lovely large rooms, quiet location in the city but minute from the Underground with easy access all around the city. Clean rooms, lovely staff and excellent breakfast. Would not hesitate to return.

The hotel is very quiet & clean & is located about 250 metres from the U Bahn for easy & quick access to the city centre & trams for access to the Hautbahnhof (main train station).
