Nice, clean room, great breakfast, definitely a cute hotel. Close to all of the shopping and restaurants. I fell in love with the coffee/hot cocoa maker downstairs.

We stayed two nights and had a very pleasant experience. Breakfast was very good and served in a lovely dining room overlooking the town. Restaurants and places to visit all very close by and convenient car park also very close. The hotel has some limited parking on site. We would happily stay again.

This far exceeded any expectation I had. Very freshly renovated with new, clean, modern everything. Rooms have perfect lighting built in to ceiling, closet, entry. Bathroom is modern, with heated floor, rain shower, etc. - far better than my own. Perfect location. Amazing breakfast buffet included. On-site tavern. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Luggage can be left after check-out before train arrives

First the positives, nice hotel, wonderful view (if you book the pricey river view), and very central and close to the old town. On the not so good is the hassle of not being able to park in front of the hotel, so if you're traveling with lots of luggage and kids, this is not the place to stay. Breakfast was ok, nothing out of the ordinary. One staff member at check in was very rude and unable to explain inconsistencies in pricing, which is why we would not return to this place and also recommend not visiting. In general, although a nice hotel in good location, it is overpriced and there are certainly better (and friendlier) options in town.

We only stayed one night but we liked this hotel very much. Parking and drop off by our hotel shuttle was the only part that was a hassle because it is right on a busy road with no place for the taxi to stop to let you get your bags in or out. There was very heavy snow while we were there so this made it even more of a challenge since we had all of our snow ski stuff. But otherwise a fantastic place.

Great location with easy walking access to Aldstadt. Despite the proximity to the road the room was totally silent thanks to the triple glazed windows. Room spotlessly clean and comfortable. The building itself is beautiful and old but with modern comforts. Spent a lovely couple of nights in the hotel bar which is really cosy Special thanks to the reception staff who couldn't have been more helpful, thanks to them we had a fantastic couple of days up the mountains with our welcome cards giving us free travel. Patrick in particular was super helpful and friendly. Would definitely return!

Very convenient and beautiful location. Just 15 min walks from the train station, 10 min to the centre, bars and restaurant. The single room on the 5 floor was big for one person. It had everything I needed and was very clean, quiet and very warm. The staff was very helpful, always ready to help with any questions I had. The breakfast had lots of options even for me that I am dairy intolerant. A bit pricy for a single room

I had a great stay. Rooms were spacious, remodeled and clean. Breakfast was truly outstanding, and the location couldn’t be better, we went to the Christmas markets and loved the experience. Parking was a bit difficult to figure out but overall we would stay there again.

We stayed in a family room which was newly refurbished. There was plenty of room, 2 proper single beds for the children (not the usual sofa bed) and everything was spotlessly clean. Good air conditioning/heating. The bathroom had underfloor heating! Lots of choice at breakfast, all to be eaten overlooking the beautiful river. Excellent location, close to the old town. Very friendly and helpful staff too. Overall, we very much recommend the hotel!
