Check in was quick and very efficient. Room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Very close - 10 mins walking distance undercover to Vienna Airport the location was perfect for an early morning flight. I would use again if in Vienna. I didnt have breakfast due to early check out. The only negative was that food and drinks orders were to be paid for at the tills at the end of the bar, however there were no staff at all serving in the bar for a long period of time. The staff on check in were extremely busy dealing with arrivals and also then having to deal with customers food and drinks orders.

For such a basic hotel prices are extremely high. 180 Euro per night. Rooms are nice, location is convenient but 25 Euro for a ‘buffet’ breakfast, 12 Euro for a Panini in packaging….come on. Absolutely nothing is included on the high price ion rate. So, with a snack, breakfast the following day and a water bottle you’re hitting 220 Euro a night.

No air conditioning only heating so way to hot even with the window open. Window only opens at the top. Nice hotel great vibe but to hot to sleep. We were in october so it was cooler outside. Summer would be impossible. Was room to store 2 bikes but if more than 2 bikes there may be issues of space as staff weren't to keen on bike storage

The Moxy Hotel is definitely on the pricey side, but that’s because of its unbeatable location—walking distance to the airport, which makes it incredibly convenient for anyone catching an early flight. For that alone, it’s hard to beat. That said, for the price, I expected at least a refrigerator in the room, and was surprised that wasn’t included. But honestly, if that’s the biggest downside, it’s not a bad trade-off. The hotel itself is very modern, with an Instagram-worthy design that feels fun and stylish. Perfect if you’re looking for something trendy before or after traveling. If you don’t need to be right next to the airport, you could probably save money by staying elsewhere and just taking a cab or rideshare. But if convenience is your top priority, this hotel delivers. Overall: A great stay, especially for travelers with early flights.

I have stayed at this particular Moxy hotel before. The reason I chose it, was that it was cheaper than the NH hotel right near it. The main difference being that the NH offers more amenities, dinner, and is of higher service and quality with its resulting price being higher as well. Yet, the Moxy was just about the same price this time. They do not serve dinner, the dead bolt on my door was malfunctioning and remaining out, the bathroom sink smelled like stagnant water every time it was used, and the hotel had cut off the air condition. I could have justified all this if the price had reflected the quality and experience. But since it was virtually the same as the NH, it wasn't worth it. Sorry Moxy, but you've lost your moxie. I won't be returning. I enjoyed my previous stay here, but this experience was a complete letdown. If you lower your price or up your game, I might reconsider. I was expecting more.

This is a very under- equipped hotel. NO WARDROBE to hang anything, NO drawers, NO SAFE which I consider essential. Room is tiny and bathroom ridiculously small. Cleanliness generally good but not even a waste basket in bedroom so waste ends in a small pile. Too many quirky design features around the hotel. Management would do better to spend their time getting the bar and breakfast running efficiently. Air conditioning in our room was not working- wouldn’t cool below 27C. Many reviews 10/10. My rating overall 4/10.

Room 82 degrees - was told nothing could be done because of the winter heating system being turned on. This despite setting temp at 68. Window opened onto noisy drinking group at 2 am. Bathroom stupidly small with bathmat left inside shower. Meal offering embarrassingly bad; 23 Euros for rice and creamed mixture. Staff at check in very nice. Staff at check out surly.

Front staff were helpful. It is close to airport so you can walk. Pillows were awful and room was not as clean as expected. Staff smoke on stairs that use to walk up to room. I was disappointed overall.
