Absolutely beautiful property in a prime, old city location. Cathedral directly on front two minute walk. Ten/fifteen minutes to Stats Opera. The staff extremely friendly and helpful.

Great place to stay in the heart of Vienna. Close to shopping and sites. Staff was excellent. Complimentary wine and minibar. Next to a great bar, Le Feu, connected to the hotel lobby. Super comfy beds and cool vibe. Highly recommend!

Excellent hotel, couldn't have a more central location for sightseeing, a block from the Stephansplatz (our room had a view of the main entrance side of the Stephansdom). Despite being smack dab in the middle of a hectic tourist part of town, it was pretty quiet. Admittedly, the the reception lounge and the rooms are a bit frilly (with their theme of Leopold I's court), but I thought the decor was so fun--artwork all over the walls. All of the staff was so charming, reception, the servers for breakfast and other hotel staff. We included breakfast with our room, and although it is a la carte, the selections won't leave anybody lacking for choice. Excellent fresh choices. The "ceiling" of the breakfast room is a tent-like structure that they retract when the weather is fair, for semi-open air seating. The hotel seemed to be recently renovated, including an elevator, and the room had plenty of outlets, much appreciated air conditioning, a safe, a fridge (with complementary beverages), blackout curtains, and so so many mirrors in the room! We had a Grand Deluxe Double Room, and the bedroom/sitting area and bathroom were sizeable and comfortable. We used the laundry service and everything came back the same afternoon. On the whole, we really liked everything about The Leo Grand, and would definitely recommend it and return myself.

My wife, after checkout, said to me "A lot of times the place looks great on line, but the experience is otherwise. Not this time." Exactly. 5 star experience all the way. Great room, wonderfull staff, and the location couldn't be better. Quiet area, just steps from the action.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Vienna. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The room was neat, very clean, and a great size, making our stay comfortable and relaxing. The breakfast was good, but with so many charming coffee shops nearby, we only ate there once! The absolute highlight is the location – it's in the heart of everything, with attractions, cafés, restaurants, and shops just steps away. Perfect for exploring Vienna on foot. Highly recommended!

Everything was excellent at this hotel. My only complaint was the carpet was a bit dirty in our room. A bit "tired" and in need of replacement. Otherwise a wonderful hotel with an great location.

A lovely boutique hotel in the shadow of St. Stephen’s Cathedral. The staff were very helpful. There was a welcome bottle of wine and some macaroons in our room. The minibar was free and when we requested it be filled with soft drinks the hotel complied. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated in a unique style. The bathroom had a bidet/wc combined alongside a big shower enclosure and sink. I’d definitely stay at the hotel again.

This hotel is beyond amazing. I am going back in 3 days to stay for another 3 nights. I did not want to leave. This hotel is only going to get better when they start serving dinner also. They only know how to be the best in each category. This is not chain hotel. This is an experience.

Incredible location with large, quiet rooms with all the amenities. Nice surprise to have included minibar and late afternoon snacks and wine. Lovely atmosphere. Will recommend highly and return if back in Vienna.

Absolutely loved our stay at the Leo Grand. Perfect location in Innere Stadt close to everything. The decor was beautiful in a unique and quirky way. We were personally shown to our room and amenities explained. Really enjoyed the complimentary wine and beverages in the lobby although it could use more snacks. Loved that minibar was included.

I've never enjoyed a hotel stay better than at the Leo Grand … everything was perfecto. If you can stay in Room 1.

Location was great. It was near everything without being on a very busy street. Walkable to almost everything. We had to take the subway to Schonbrunn and Belvedere but that is it. The staff was very helpful with guiding us on which subway line to use.
