The location was excellent, the room very nice with a decent view, staff were very helpful, and we appreciated the free drink for foregoing a room cleaning. The only problem was that I was charged again for a room I had prepaid, but this was remedied when I brought it to staff's attention. The medieval cellar is pretty interesting.

Perfect location in the centre of the old town. To avoid the parking problems get an emissions permit online and go to "Onderstratt 75" on your satnav. You can drive straight into a carpark under the hotel, take the ticket and pay for parking at reception. Worth the extra for a central location and stress free parking.

I have stayed here several times before The rooms keep getting better More lightingi in the bathroom would be helpful The breakfast staff was especially nice. Celal and his associates were so thoughtful and attentive . The Best! Highly recommended

Great hotel and awesome location in the center of town! Staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. There was a mix-up with housekeeping but the staff made made up for it by extending a voucher for a free drink. All in all a great stay!

Great location and very nice room. Let down by staff. Lady in charge of the bar on Friday evening 19/12 was particularly rude when we tried to claim our free drink for not having our room serviced. We were told at check-in to claim a drink accordingly but the bar lady had other ideas and was quite off hand about it. Didn’t really care about the drink, just objected to the way we were spoken to. In the end, we spent our money elsewhere.
