Novotel Brugge Centrum

The hotel was pretty decent and for the most part the stay was perfectly fine. The room was under stocked with tea, milk, sugar and coffee. For two guests, we only had two coffees and two milks when we arrived, which is a bit lousy as that means, technically we could only have one coffee each from check in to the following morning. I had to ask the staff for more, which they did provide but I do feel as though they could have considered providing more in a room on check in. The room itself was ok, but the air conditioning practically did nothing although we’d tried setting it to cool. Between that, the bed and duvet it felt very hot which means I struggled to sleep. Perhaps thinner duvets should be provided in summer.

Overall the hotel was nice (modern which I usually like although it was very soulless with no character), great location for exploring Brugge, most staff really friendly and helpful and a big shout out to the maintenance guy who both replaced our mini fridge but saved us by locating a battery for our car remote. The only areas it was a let down was the food/drinks was very over priced €7 for a coffee (horrible coffee), €13 cheesy chips etc, in the evenings a lack of staff at the bar, pool was ideal however very very cold..

My teen children and I absolutely loved this hotel! It was clean, comfortable, and the hotel staff were incredibly gracious and helpful. Brugges is amazing and we highly recommend Novotel Brugge Centrum!

Lovely room, the cot was ready which was great. Staff were very good and helpful. We used the pool but it was very cold and there wasn't enough sun beds to go around.

The staff was not helpful as far as transfer to another room. I understand the hotel was fully booked but they insisted that we empty the room early before 12 the following day. We have stayed in many hotels, and had never experienced what the receptionist (all of them) insisted. The check in time is 3 pm and all we were asking was for us to move at 12pm since we have pre booked a tour of the city from 9-12 noon.

Room immaculate, breakfast excellent if expensive, can walk to all main attractions. Large communal TV for sports. Pool. Private parking next door.

Breakfast crew is as wonderful and welcoming , same can be said with cleaning team. Nice hotel with walking distance to places we like to visit or hang out . Can’t complain , thanks

It’s definitely a family‑friendly hotel with plenty of lobby seating to watch TV, play games, and relax. The location is convenient as well. However, the staff didn’t feel very welcoming, and the bathroom amenities were lacking — no body lotion or hair conditioner.On our second day, we came to our room and ended up dealing with a full mosquito attack overnight (luckily it was just regular mosquitos). We’re now heading to Amsterdam with insect bites all over our faces. Thankfully, there was a nearby drugstore where we could buy soothing ointment.

Very clean and hats off for the fountains of water by the elevator when the restaurants in the while country try to rip everyone off with water.

Very nice hotel in a great location in Brugge. Slight negative is that the air con wasn't great but the staff was very helpful and sorted it for us. Also a few mosquitos in the room, dont know where they came from but after I killed them all good. Hotel amenities excellent with fridge in room. Cold water fountains in corridor. Overall a very nice Novotel hotel.

Our stay at Novotel was excellent! Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The hotel was very clean, including the rooms and bathrooms and the food was delicious. My kids loved the pool! The location is fantastic—it’s only about a 4-minute walk to a laundromat and just a few minutes walk from the central market area, where you’ll find plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions. The smell of chocolate and waffles never stops! Whether you’re traveling solo, with family and children, or with friends, this is a perfect hotel to stay at. I would definitely recommend it and would happily stay here again!

One night stay. Room and all areas if hotel clean and fresh, very welcoming.

Good location with a parking lot underneath. AC in the room. We had a 2 story room. Upstairs bathroom was dirty. Breakfast at 26 euros is too expensive. Staff was very nice.

So happy I chose the hotel with the calm relaxing pool area as the weather was beautiful our whole stay (mid June). Hotel is in the perfect location for all your needs and wants to see. Staff were extremely welcoming and helpful throughout the stay. Hotel was very clean and well looked after. Would definitely recommend and return on a future visit
