The hotel was immaculate and the staff helpful. Only criticism I can find was the lack of storage space in our family room. No coat hooks and nowhere to place clothes. Had to leave them all in the suitcase until ready for use.

Brilliant stay. Hotel was clean light and fresh. Excellent service. Rooms were clean, small but perfect base for exploring. Hotel was in a great location and the car park is close. Breakfast is well worth it. Brilliant selection.

Nice property. Walkable to most of the attractions. Not much happening in the hotel itself. The food and drink prices are quite high. The dinning area is mostly empty. The room was big with basic amenities. Lot of eateries nearby. If you like pizza, don’t miss the pizza chain otomat. They can get you a cab to the station at 15 euros. Overall pleasant experience

The hotel is within a short walking distance of the attractions of Bruges. Parking in the lKatelijnestraat underground car park was easy, reasonably priced, and right next to the hotel.

Great location in the city; Large and fun reception area where you can hang out. Good breakfast!
However, the rooms were too warm with the thermostats not working properly. The duvets were also too warm, and so the nights were not that comfortable.
The third bed in the room is too hard and so not too comfortable too.
Cleanliness in the bathrooms can be improved.

A really good location to Brugge town centre with very clean and up-to-date/modern decoration throughout. Our accommodation was perfect for 4 family adults, comprising of two bedrooms on separate levels, within the same apartment. There was a good selection for breakfast, catering for all and the staff were very friendly.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Parking although not part of hotel is next door so very concenient. Our luxury suite was perfect with 2 rooms and would definitely stay again.

Good location, nice room with plenty of space, water fountain and carafe really good idea to reduce plastic waste. Breakfast was not a good experience, very busy, difficult to find a free table, some foods running out and pretty expensive, better to find a cafe in town.

Lovely breakfast, nice clean modern rooms. 15min walk from Bruges train station and 10min walk to the square. Lots of places to eat and beer tasting nearby. Right by the half maan brewery. Staff are friendly.
