We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Great breakfast buffet with fresh fruit and wide selection of breads. The staff at the front desk were friendly and very helpful. Especially Igo who helped us with our transportation. We did not want to leave. Also, the views from the hotel were spectacular. The only suggestion I have is that the wifi could be stronger inside the room.

Fiz uma reserva de última hora neste hotel em Búzios, por ser a única opção viável. Reservei um quarto Standard, que não tinha fotos disponíveis na plataforma no momento da reserva. Apesar de achar o valor alto, confiei nas imagens bonitas do Instagram do hotel. Ao chegar, a decepção foi imediata. Precisei deixar o carro na rua e o quarto ficava numa pirambeira, longe da recepção. O quarto acanhado, parecia uma dependência de empregada. A decoração da proriedade com bananeiras improvisadas é de gosto duvidoso. A academia estava com os equipamentos extremamente enferrujados — um risco à saúde. As esteiras não funcionam. A maioria dos funcionários pareciam desmotivados e mal-humorados, exceto um recepcionista atencioso que fez o nosso check-out. O café da manhã foi caótico no domingo e na segunda, melhorando apenas na terça, quando o hotel já estava quase vazio. Na última noite, o gerente nos ofereceu um quarto superior — bem melhor —, mas isso só aconteceu após ele ver um post bastante desabonador que minha esposa fez sobre o hotel no Instagram. Curiosamente, esse quarto estava mais barato que o Standard na data da nossa reserva. No fim, achei tudo caro para o que foi oferecido. As porções de tira gosto servidas no bar da piscina são mal servidas. O custo-benefício não compensa. Não pretendo voltar e aprendi a me planejar melhor para não repetir essa escolha equivocada.

We booked the hotel around 8pm and got to the hotel around 9:30pm. The staff was nice and friendly but the room was dirty. Was bugs, hair, and the room in overall felt not really clean. Staff on the front desk didn’t really give solution.

Hotel agradável porém necessita de alguns ajustes como: substituir os talheres usados no café da manhã, pois estão bem gastos. As roupas de cama e toalha poderiam ser de uma qualidade superior. Em relação a limpeza deveria ser usado algum produto capaz de retirar limo das paredes, principalmente do box. A parte externa do hotel está bem tratada e bem decorada.

Café da manhã, apesar de ter muita coisa, possui itens de qualidade duvidosa que poderiam ser melhorados, como bolo, pães e croassant ruins. No segundo dia presenciei três funcionários na recepção do hotel falando mal sobre outros hóspedes, achei bastante desagradável presenciar aquilo, acho que se faz necessária uma capacitação geral para maior parte dos funcionários de como tratar e se portar perante os hóspedes. Um funcionário dos serviços gerais e do bar da piscina foram os mais educados e prestativos na estadia. O hotel tem potencial pra ser um dos 10 melhores de Búzios, pois tem estrutura pra isso e vista espetacular, mas precisa melhorar o atendimento aos hóspedes, melhorar o conforto das camas e a qualidade do café da manhã. Se corrigirem esses erros certamente melhorará o conceito nas próximas avaliações.

All in all OK with nice quite areas. Breakfast a bit boring. Only one kind of juice. We were there for four nights. Only eggs one morning. First morning no bread basket (and we didn't ask as we did not know it was suppose to be there). Restaurant: McDonalds and Subway probably serve less dry chicken. At check in the front desk said "we have another room, if you like". We thought that was very nice but only to find out later that it was for an extra 50 dollars a night. I felt like they tried to trick me into an upgrade. Of course you have a better room than the standard room!

This hotel was perfect in every way, what you should know is that is not walking distance to the center of buzios, but, they do have a van that takes you to the center at morning and evening, it is five minutes by car.
