This hotel is great, from the service and location it was spectacular. I was in the Premium King Bed with balcony and the room was spacious; the bed was large and the room was very clean. The balcony had a beautiful view of the city. The lobby area and the rooftop area are very nice, I enjoyed using the gym and sauna daily. Location wise for someone visiting from Canada was great, lots of high end restaurants and bars in the area, close to museums and other attractions, and as a solo traveler I felt safe to walk around the neighborhood at night. The hotel food isn’t the best but there’s no reason to eat hotel food with all the amazing options around, I would recommend this hotel highly.

O lobby do hotel é bonito, mas minha experiência não foi satisfatória. O quarto apresentava umidade e mofo, o que causou desconforto e até alergia. Apesar da limpeza diária, a situação não melhorou e o hotel não aceitou trocar meu quarto. Por isso, não sei se voltaria ou recomendaria o hotel.

Gosto muito deste hotel pela ótima localização e tbem porque os funcionários são muito atenciosos !!Fiwuei no dia 23 e no dia 28 neste último dia peguei um quarto mais baixo 4 andar e a água do chuveiro era gelada!!AMas nem reclamei era só uma noite !!Custo benefício neste hotel é muito boa e os funcionários muito educados e atenciosos!!

Nice bedrooms with amenities and a modern look. Breakfast is definitely worth it, great coffee options and great variety of foods.
I have two main complaints:
- Gym equipment is outdated and archaic.
- Hotel does not provide drinking water. Not in the rooms, nor in the lobby. This in a country where tap water is not safe to drink. This is beyond bad service, perhaps a human rights violation!
