The family room was big enough for the three of us.Bright and clean with good condition furniture.Black out curtains, small fridge , very spacious bathroom, daily housekeeping.Breakfast very well served.Outdoor pool very nice , with a bar close to it .

O quarto era bem decorado e estava extremamente limpo. Cama confortável!
O café da manhã não tinha opções que eu estava acostumada como omelete ou salsichas, mas tudo que estava lá era muito bom. Os sucos estavam deliciosos!
Pretendo voltar mais vezes.

The stay was pleasant and staff was overall helpful. The hotel premises are clean. Minor problems with hot water from the shower. The value for money I did not find proportionate, however there are only a few hotels of nice-upper scale in this area.

Nothing unique really. The staff was mostly going through the motions. Provided two tiny bars of soap for four people for three day stay. Quality of the breakfast provided was just below average if there was any items available. It took too long to replenish considering the place never had more than ten people eating at a time.The room had absolutly no view. Used old fashion key to open room door but a keycard to turn on all utilities.

O atendimento e o hotel no geral foi bem legal. Funcionários muito atenciosos e gentis. Café da manhã gostoso. E a piscina muito boa.
O quarto que colocaram minha filha, seu esposo e minha neta parecia um pouco improvisado, como se ainda estivesse em construção. Não havia porta para o banheiro, só uma cortina e era ao lado da lavanderia, onde ficavam baldes e outras coisas no corredor (não parecia um hotel, pouco profissional). Houve também um problema com os registros de água do nosso banheiro, Fomos atendidos prontamente para solução deste problema.
