The hostel is located in the center of the village, close to the beach. Very nice pool, large common areas and private bedroom. Everything was clean and the breakfast delicious, recommend!

I highly recommend anyone heading to Canoa Quebrada consider staying at Pousada California. I had a wonderful week staying there while I was checking Canoa and the surrounding beaches. David, the owner/manager helped me negotiate rates and book various activities throughout the week. The other reviewers are correct, the breakfast buffet is fantastic. The rooms are large, Wifi Internet worked great for me in my room as well as out in the hammocks by the pool. Both the beach and the main drag are a very short walk away. A great value for the price; indeed would be a great value at double the price. I miss this place already!
