The hotel was very clean. My room was made and clean daily. The breakfast was great as there was a selection of breakfast buffet available. The reception staff were very helpful and although we didn't speak the same language we used Google Translate. The pool at the back was clean and it was great to sit around. The only issue I had during my stay was that the WiFi didn't work in my room. I was staying in room 120. For some reason couldn't connect to the WiFi but I could connect in the lobby area and outside by the pool area. I informed reception and they were very quick to ask a technician to look at it and he tried very hard to sort it but couldn't resolve the issue. I managed by using the WiFi in the lobby area and by the pool. Other than this I enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

Although the hotel is not new, the building and facilities are in good shape. Excellent service from staff and restaurant members. Anything you may need, just ask them!

Well located for business or tramits in Foz area. It is over the BR277. If you have car it is easy and fast to get downtown and all main point of interestvin Foz, Cataratas, Itaipu, Ciudad del Este and Puerto Iguazu. The internet is ok. Very good breakfast. Staff are polite and helpful The bathroom is small but clean. It has only hot water in the shower. There is no elevator, so if you have heavy luggage it is better to ask room in the first floor. All the hotel is very clean .

Perfect access to conference center. 5 minute walk. Very nice staff. Only criticism is that the walls are a little thin. I could hear snoring from the adjacent room. Of course I don't know if the person snoring had a severe problem (some snorrers generate sounds like a jet engine , so maybe no hotel wall could have contained it, but it was a little distracting.

Equipe de funcionários excelente, localização é um pouco afastado do centro tornando o Uber mais caro. Não possui nada de comércio ao lado. Hotel possui boa estrutura, café da manhã saboroso.

Check in rápido, atendimento da recepção nota 10, quarto excelente com camas ótimas, única observação é a limpeza do quarto, em outras vezes que ficamos no hotel nunca tínhamos presenciado tal questão, mesmo o nosso quarto tendo sido visivelmente limpo a pouco tempo, mas bastante cabelo pelo chão do quarto.

Reservei quarto para casal, nos colocaram no quarto com camas de solteiro e falaram que não tinha camareira para arrumar o quarto correto. Chuveiro com os fios expostos, café da manhã com tudo gelado e de qualidade ruim (passei mal nos dois dias que comi) depois disso fui tomar café na rua. O estacionamento grátis é na calçada.

Prático e barato, porém me deixaram num quarto do 2o piso, mesmo nos fundos, muito barulho vindo da rodovia 277 que fica ao lado. O café da manhã é surpreendemente bom. Melhor que muitos hoteis de categorias superiores.

Fácil acesso desde a rodovia 277, bom preço e café da manhã incluído, muito melhor que hoteis de categorias superiores. Prefira os quartos localizados nos fundos do prédio. Os quartos de frente costumam ser barulhentos pelo movimento da rodovia. Longe das principais atuações turisticas da cidade.

minha estadia foi razoavel, exixte a falha de ter que pagar tudo antecipadamente pelo que consome. frigobar dos apartamentos vazios, voce tem que comprar antecipadamente.... achei estte aspecto muito ruim

The size of the room is tiny... just the size of the bed, the bathroom is also small.

Foi bastante ruim. O banheiro do quarto estava com vazamento no vaso sanitário, pedi que reparassem o problema, porém se fizeram algo não foi um bom trabalho. O vazamento aumentou e começou a inundar o quarto.
