Very friendly people

Its a very small, clean hotel in a residential area away from the tourist center and it has minor signs of deferred maintenance. The bathroom was clean, the towels bright white. But the sink was leaking from the P-trap onto the floor rather profusely (not a problem, as there was a drain close by.) The bathtub had been fixed in several places with tape. But everything worked, including the a/c. Being so far away from the city center, it takes very long to get a grab driver to come there. But it's definitely quiet at night and there were two very nice restaurants just down the street. The idea to pick this location had been to be closer to the Angkor Wat temple, to maybe even walk there. This turned out to be beside the point, because it's too hot to walk and you really want to hire a driver for the day, to go to all the other temples too. The hotel also doubles as a shop for local woodcraft. Lobby and hallways are crammed full of amazing carvings, sculptures and furniture, all for sale and not seen elsewhere. Breakfast is very basic: order one set from a menu of four sets. Staff is friendly.

Bathroom fixtures need maintenance.

Beautiful hotel, very comfortable room. Be aware it is a little bit away from the tourist area of town. Great deal and highly recommend.

Beautiful wood carved statues and sweet kind staff.

The hotel is ok. Nothing fancy but according to the price. We didn’t see any other guests in our three day stay which seemed a bit weird. The location is great as it’s very close to Angkor. In the description it says that they arrange free transportation to the airport (one way not return) however they told us that they don’t do that anymore. The airport has changed location and they no longer provide that service. This is quite annoying as it was one of the reasons we chose this place instead of others.

Service by kimsak and Mr. P was outstanding. Loved all the carvings and wood. Swimming pool was lovely.

Such a cool hotel! It's filled to the brim with Buddist and Hindu artifacts and art. Very unique space. Rooms were a good size, had AC and the pool was lovely. You are a little ways from the action of downtown Siem Reap but there's always a tuktuk nearby to head to wherever you need to go. Extremely convenient location for Angkor Watt! It's situated directly along the road leading into the Angkor area and worked very well for us.

Excellent place and excellent staff

I can't say enough nice things about the hotel and staff! The interior is simply amazing! It is the most beautiful woodwork I have seen in Asia. The staff is the best people I have meet here and we're the best. It's within walking distance to Angkhor Wat and downtown, but you can opt for a $3 ride too. This is the place to stay if you are in the area!

The hotel is quite good. The room is quite nice and clean. But I don't really like about the food service and other services like Tuk Tuk.

Dark, spooky, too much wood, poor lighting throughout, rusty pipes, stained bath tub, saw a huge rat in the garden near the restaurant. Plus points: comfortable bed, proximity to Angkor Wat.

I was greeted by the staff right away and was taken care of quickly. My room is spacious and comfortable.

THE HOTEL IS VERY NICE TO STAY. VERY PEACEFUL. BUT THE WORSE IS THE HOTEL MANAGER'S ATTITUDE ..NOT A GOOD MINDER. BLACKMAIL US TO BOOK TOUR WITH THE HOTEL MANAGER OTHER WISE THEY WONT PROVIDE HOTEL THAT WE ALREADY BOOKED EARLIER AND FULLY PAID THROW EXPEDIA... aND ANOTHER THING IS THEY AGREED TO PROVIDE US MINIVAN TO PICKUP US FROM AIRPORT TO HOTEL. BUT THEY SEND US TUK TUK TO PICKUP US. CERTAINLY WE ARE UNHAPPY WITH THE HOTEL MANAGERS ATTITUDE. THANK YOU.
