Right security, that was great! No air conditioning or deliberately put it to malfunctioning, needs fresh air or smells around, no sufficient ventilation in the rooms or the one I was. However, there is room for improvement. Thank you

I have arrived at night. Long time to check me in after a flight of about 7 hours although there was only me at the reception. Bathrooms are like since 1800 and I entered the floor is all wet(there is leak with this old equipment) and the cooler was as if it wasn't cooling so I was sweating at night therefore didn't sleep well, no free water to drink , no hand tissue available, the toilet is terribly placed in the bathroom, not enough space to sit well... The only good things about it are food, location (security and near all) and mainly friendly staff.

The rooms are older, but comfortable. The staff members in the restaurant area are very kind and helpful. I had a bit of a hard time with the WiFi working, but it ended up being ok. The bed is comfortable and it was relatively quiet even though I was near the elevator. The staff were very kind with helping me to print a few documents I needed.

Olivia Nankam, the hotel concierge, did an excellent job of organizing a tour guide and driver for the time I spent in Cameroon. She also was a tremendous help when I had to spend an extra night in Douala because Cieba Intercontinental cancelled my flight without notice. Also, Thomas, the Hotel’s airport shuttle driver, went out of his way to make my stay an enjoyable one. Both Olivia and Thomas are to be complimented for their excellent service.
