Clean rooms and comfy beds. Staff were great. Breakfast not bad. Dog friendly rooms no carpet and patio door access. Perhaps a wee bit better quality toilet paper wouldn’t hurt but that’s my only concern.

Disappointing check in. Just one person on front desk for check in. Queue of six parties waiting to check in. Hallways cluttered with housekeeping carts during our entire stay. Breakfast was miserable. Will book elsewhere when next in Ottawa.

I liked the location for being central to a lot of areas. Staff was very courteous. Looks like they are in mid renovation mode and trying to spruce up outdoor area.

I didn’t like that I was not informed of the renovations taking place at the Comfort Inn when I reserved a room. The water was shut off late in the morning when I was showering so couldn’t rinse off the soap. I had to towel off the soap. Also the toilet wouldn’t flush when the power was off. I will never stay at a Comfort Inn again!!!

On first day of my stay , I came back to the hotel around 2 am in a heavy snowy day and the front door was completely closed and the card was not working to access . There was no staff at the front disk . I spent 15 minutes in the snow freezing . And after 15 minutes the guy came and he opened the door and he said I closed it completely because I don’t know who is coming from outside which doesn’t make sense because each gust has a card can be used to access instead shutting the door completely and leaving people in middle of snow storm . It was a horrible experience.
