The bathroom was dirty when we arrived. I called the front desk and they came and cleaned it immediately! The front desk lady was very kind and quick to respond.

Very pleased with everything! Buffet breakfast was hot and an excellent selection.

We had an excellent stay at the Comfort Inn. The price was reasonable, front desk was friendly and helpful, room was clean, parking was free and complimentary breakfast was great. Recommended!

Very good breakfasts, great selections only disappointing thing was they only had decaffeinated coffee available. But still a good breakfast.

Stayed in room 125 which had a particularly strong odour of smoke which was unpleasant but other than that staff was friendly and everything else was fine

Considering the hotel pricing, the overall quality met expectations. That said, the experience could have been improved if the blankets and pillow covers had been freshly washed before the room was handed over to the guest. One noticeable concern, especially when compared with similar hotels visited in the past, was the lack of a welcoming attitude at the reception. While there was no disrespect, the visible dissatisfaction and limited warmth in their expressions left a less positive first impression. A stronger focus on hospitality and guest engagement at the front desk would greatly enhance the overall customer experience.

Good staff, comfortable bed but sheets were short,poor water pressure. Lots of noise during night and early morning. Hallway was very cold.

Was not told or given warning or even checked in on for noise complaint . Got the police called and they were given permission to enter both rooms I had reserved . The complaint came from the next door room which was unbelievably louder than us . We had an issue with a guest and we asked them to leave , that is literally what happened and i had cops called on me … will never book again

Having a nightlight in the bathroom is a nice touch. It would be nice to have skin moisturizer, but not a deal breaker. Fridge and microwave are good too.

Overall very good. Lock on bathroom was broken and shower water pressure was quite low. Everything else was very good value for money
