Great location. Room was clean and in really nice shape. Front desk staff were amazing and offered suggestions for events in the Byward Market on NYE!
Gave us a free upgrade, nice room and very spacious! But it was the farthest from the elevator! Lol.

Hôtel was very conveniently located, we have smaller children and were able to walk to Parliament and the Mint with no issue. Very close to Rideau Centre and many shops/ restaurants. Kids enjoyed the pool and it was nice that it had a shallow end/ side for our younger daughter.
