Econo Lodge Inn & Suites

Overall, we got what we expected, a no-frills place to sleep. The included breakfast was below par for generally poor included breakfasts. And the room, never been in a room with the bed located on a 2nd floor loft. This made the middle of the night trip to the bathroom more of a challenge. Also made watching TV difficult as it was located under the stairs.

We were told our rooms would be side by side and they were not. When I went back to the front desk and said 'You told us the rooms were side by side' she said 'well they are close'. The room was clean and well stocked with supplies. Might need a little paint in the bathroom. A/C worked well. The Continental Breakfast was good and the room was nice and clean.

Was there for the Memorial Cup which was taking place at Prospera Place. This location was within walking distance to downtown as long as you don't mind a half or so walk. Very convenient. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Didn't use the hot tub/pool but looked clean and well setup. Great stay overall.

Outstanding

Staff was ehhhh... they all seemed to want to be somewhere else. Property location is great close to alot of amenities. The room was good. We were on the first floor. If you have anyone above you. It. Is. Loud. suggest more exterior garbage receptacles. There was one availble on the backside of the facility.

Breakfast room and exercise facility were very well organized!

It was nice place to stay

We recently stayed at Econo Lodge Inn & Suites Kelowna and overall had a great experience. The property was spotless and very well maintained. The swimming pool area was a highlight, with both a hot pool and a cold pool option, which was enjoyable for the whole family. The room was clean, comfortable, and provided everything we needed for our stay. The location was also convenient for exploring Kelowna. The only downside was the front desk communication. We tried calling multiple times during our stay, but our calls went unanswered. We eventually had to walk to the front desk whenever we had questions or needed assistance with something in our room. The complimentary breakfast was appreciated, but the selection was quite limited and could benefit from having more options available. Overall, despite a few minor issues, we had a pleasant stay and would consider staying here again because of the cleanliness, comfortable accommodations, and pool facilities.

I liked everything about this place except the shower pressure There shower heads needed to be changed

Rooms were good and staff was helpful and friendly

2 star so get what you expect. No microwave in the room, no real amenities. Staff weren’t very helpful. Bed is rock hard and unfortunately the parking lot is a drug den with cops regularly being called. Continental breakfast is a waste of time. Everytime you exit the room your key stops working.

Good price

One of the best budget stays we’ve had. Amazing value for the price and would stay here again. Not your typical econolodge for sure

Room was partially updated, parts of the bathroom were older but in good condition. Our toilet started running and it was repaired immediately. Breakfast is very basic but fine. Doors are loud when closed so it felt noisy at times with people coming and going. Over all a nice stay.

Room was clean. Pool and hot tub were nice
