Excellent downtown location. Unexpected extra charge for parking was most unwelcome. The bathroom door in our room (#202) was problematic and hard to keep closed. Otherwise everything else was nice. Very spacious room and very comfortable ned.

We stayed two nights and loved the location. We had a room facing the St. John river which I highly recommend. We were close to shops, restaurants and the walking trail. And the staff were excellent and we enjoyed a meal on the outdoor patio. 5 stars!

Poorly build property. Way overpriced for what you get. Funny odor in room. Uncomfortable floors likely carpet tiles glued to concrete. If this cost 200 per night it might be worth it but after the fees it was almost 500 per night. I would never stay there again.

Place was nice, clean, and central but housekeeping needs to refill supplies in the rooms. Disappointing when you need something and it’s empty. We were with another couple and the same happened in their room.

The room was clean. The staff were very helpful. Disappointed by the pet fee of $70, especially when the pet did not cause damage to the hotel or cause disruption while in the hotel lobby or hotel room. The general pet rate is $35 for every hotel visited along our east coast visit. I would appreciate an explanation.

The hotel is perfectly situated in downtown Fredericton. Close to many restaurants and bars and right on the waterfront. There is a nice hotel bar and restaurant, which was particularly handy for breakfast. There is onsite parking for a small fee ($15) and it was easy to get in and out of the city from this location. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and the fridge and coffee making supplies are good if you're on a road trip, as we were.
