Very nice, as always

The room was exceptionally clean, great blackout bline so we could seelp in a bit later. It was also very quiet and comfortable. Excellent location downtown close to many restaurants, pubs and the convention center.

Just what we needed, great room, great time thank you!

Sliding barn door to washroom needed to be fixed, main door to suite would not shut, room service did not supply cutlery for toast and jam.

The staff was very courteous and efficient when we needed something brought to our room. There was no wait time. They brought it right up. Unlike the last hotel we stayed at we waited 10 minutes. Still didn’t get it. The room was excellent spotless. I would stay there again.

No hot water in our room. They were supposed to give us free parking because of it but still charged us.

Room was clean and staff were all super friendly and helpful. However, we felt the suite we stayed in was lacking in many ways for the price. No freezer in the mini fridge, no dishes or soap in the kitchenette and the showerhead/water pressure was below average. We travel often and I guess we were just expecting more for what we paid: (

Great price and great location! Parking was reasonably priced and very easy to access.

The room was quite comfortable and very clean. My problem was with the fan that would come on every half hour or so in Room 325; the noise it made when starting would jolt me out of my sleep. Thankfully, I brought ear plugs, but that shouldn't be necessary.
