Yes it was business friendly with lots of space

The overall stay experience was good. Rooms were clean. The bed was comfy. It didn’t meet my expectations for a 4-star hotel. I’ve stayed in Radisson Blu in the past which was 4-star and if I compare both, there are so many shortfalls. The room in Alt was too small. Bathroom was congested. Also breakfast in Radisson was amazing and was included in the room cost but not in Hotel Alt. The staff was polite and helpful. They do speak English. The check in sans check out was fast. Kudos to the staff. Hotel Alt is located near a mall which is like under 300meters. Parking is an issue here. If you plan to visit on a long weekend you’ll need to go for a treasure hunt. They also have an underground parking but the spots are too congested. You’ll become an expert in parking. But overall things were good.

Great staff, room had everything I needed, great gym, near public transportation

While the quilt filled pillows give you the luxury feel but the support terrible. My 2 cents.

Rooms are lovely. Bedding is fabulous and hotel is quiet. Really enjoy Alt Hotels.

Pour avoir séjourné au Alt Dix30, je trouve que celui de Québec n'est pas du même niveau. Problématique avec l'eau autant pour la douche que pour les robinets. Sois l'eau est gelé sois elle est bouillante. Mais le service à la réception par le personnel est excellent.

Excellent, with one small exception: the fridge was very small and had no freezer section.

Major allergies due to pets allowed in rooms. Was unable to sleep at night. Animal paw prints all over furniture

Eau de la douche difficile à ajuster. C'était bouillant ou froid. Pas assez de serviettes de bain (2) stationnement limité et places au garages trop étroites pour un véhicule standard

Concierge was available and helpful. Able to communicate in English and French for the most part. Really minimal breakfast options Room has Nespresso machine - very convenient! Room was clean but had a strong moldy smell - not sure if it was in the are system or carpet but it was quite overwhelming at night. Bed and linens were excellent and high quality My room was right beside the elevator, which I was very nervous about for sleeping however, the hotel was extremely quiet during the night Convenient to mall across the street which had many options for shopping and dining I stayed 3 nights and hotel highly recommend - I would stay again.
