Very central location and literally by the mall and restaurants

we really appreciated the bus pass to ride the city buses to get around, and the hotel overall was great, but the best part was the efficient, helpful, kind front desk staff. They were all great. Thanks so much.

No water in the room to drink

Fridge was broken, rooms are small, the advertising for bed sizes is not accurate. I even hated the front doors. Also there's no AC in the building. I won't be going back.

Great location, staff were welcoming. Room was clean. I enjoyed my stay.

Overall it was fine. It was clean and the staff was nice. I really dislike the way the light from the bathroom shines into the room (there's a large translucent panel between rooms). Really inconvenient for getting up in the middle of the night or if one of us wants to get up earlier than the other.

Stayed for couple of nights with friends for vacation and was not disappointed at all. Parking space does get packed in their lot but they have access to underground lot which is much better. Location is very convenient to Old town Quebec. Would definitely rebook at this location for next trip

The room was very modern, bright, and well maintained. The hotel is a minute walk to a couple of malls and along a major bus route. I will stay here again.

Easy access to all areas of the city. Great amenities.

Hotel was clean, room and bed were comfortable, staff were helpful. This is not anything staff can do anything about, but travellers should know that there is a lot of road construction near the hotel with detours. Walking to nearby restaurants proved to be a bit of a maze but access to the major shopping centre was just across the street. Also parking can be problematic Tuesday-Saturday evenings because of 2 restaurants sharing the same parking area (limited in size).
