The bed was very uncomfortable, and there was no fitted sheet on the bed nor the comforter. The staff was nice. The breakfast was fine, nothing fancy. The bathroom had some damage on the walls, and the pipes were very loud every time you used the water. The shower was fine, and the water was hot. Overall, for the price, it was fine.

Floors on first floor smell like mildew due to water damage. First room given had water soaked into floor and water came out the cracks in the floor boards when you walked on it. Changed rooms but stale smell of water leakage and mildew is embedded. Very dank and dark on first floor and it connected to parking garage. Carpet is very old. The door from parking garage does not lock so security is poor as no scan to get into parking garage either. Breakfast was very basic and staff look miserable. Overall I complained and left early. I make a mistake.

La femme de ménage n'a pas passé dans notre chambre malgré 3 nuitées passées à l'hôtel. À la volée on lui remettait dans le corridor les serviettes utilisées en échange de nouvelles propres. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience so other travelers can make an informed decision. Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet even the standard I would expect from a decent-quality property. The room was significantly smaller than what was portrayed in the photos, which was quite misleading. The sofa in our room was broken and creaked loudly every time someone sat on it. When I brought this to the receptionist’s attention, there was no real acknowledgment or apology, only a casual response that they had been meaning to replace it. Housekeeping was also disappointing. During our stay, they only replaced the towels. The bed was not made, and the room was not tidied or cleaned, which is a basic expectation at any hotel. The breakfast experience was equally underwhelming. The food quality was poor, and what made it worse was that housekeeping staff were moving carts and trays through the same breakfast area while guests were eating, creating an unpleasant atmosphere. Overall, the staff came across as unfriendly and lacked the level of hospitality you would expect. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this hotel. There are many better hotels available at similar or even lower prices that provide far better service, comfort, and value. In my opinion, this hotel is marketed very well online, but the actual experience falls far short of the expectations those advertisements create.

Great hotel, used the bus to get downtown and back thanks to the bus pass they supplied. Unfortunately room 218 l was given is right over the garage door opener that caused some noise.
