... centrally located ; you can walk anywhere from here in downtown with ease. Only one block from the metro transit line at City Centre, 2 blocks from the Vancouver Art Gallery, only a few blocks from Gastown and the waterfront. I recommend this location if you are looking for a classic out of the way hotel in the downtown area. I've been a few times and it has always maintained quality and service to a high standard

We stayed at Room 207. Overall, the room is good but you can't relax or sleep properly, because while sleeping you're suddenly awaken every time due to a sound of water that flows through a drain pipe from the walls or ceiling. Looks like no sound proofing because you can also heard the people talking outside or nearby rooms. Thanks for the provided coffee and tea but much better if there's also some fruits, cookies or something that you can pairs with the coffee/tea similar to other hotels. The staff are nice.

It was nice and clean and the price was very reasonable. Close to concert venues for walking. Only downside was no private washrooms but its easy to overlook that. I would stay again.
