Great location, clean, comfortable, excellent air conditioning.

Amazing staff clean rooms beautiful hotel

I was really excited to stay at the Sheraton - it was my first time in a long time going to Montreal, and I was also very nervous since I don’t speak French. Upon arrival, I was getting checked in, and I was having trouble reading the card reader (it was in French) and the worker looks at me and kinda scoffs and says “do you speak French?” I said no, which I kind of thought it was self explanatory because they had my US ID, so I wasn’t a local / wasn’t speaking French to begin with. He asked me to swipe my card instead, and I was having some issues seeing after being on a plane and being tired, and I struggled a bit and he basically grabbed the machine and said he would just do it - but he noticed his tone and then quickly softened. After that, I honestly just felt really uncomfortable and unwelcome. Lastly, I asked for a tampon before I left for the airport at the end of my stay, and I specified leaving it in front of the door. I followed up after a while and specified again to leave at the door because I was about to hop in the shower. The man came up and knocked as I was about to go to the washroom and then unlocked it when I didn’t answer and said “hello?” I am a young woman traveling alone - it was very nerve wracking. On a positive note, I asked the hotel if someone could just reset my TV because it was playing ads on a loop, and the TV tech was incredibly kind, understanding, and fixed the problem.

Tout était super, le club vaut vraiment la peine avec le déjeuner inclus et le 5 à 7 ces vraiment un must. Mon seul B mole ces les matelas, couverture et oreiller. Les matelas était très maganer et la qualiter des tissus de literie était moyenne. Mais rien d’épouvantable! Toute le staff a été super!

A great hotel in a great location

Hotel was very nice, parking on premises was a very fair price and easy. The on property restaurant was nice but pricy.

Great location if you are going to an event at the Bell Center. Hotel is clean and everyone was friendly. Pool and sauna were great! Honestly wasn't a terrible walk to Old Montreal and Le Rhonde.

Staff were very friendly, room was cleaned well every time we returned, location was central to a lot and many amenities such as the pool, gym or rooftop terrace were available. We honestly had a very enjoyable time. Suggestions: -Allow consumption of alcohol on the roof top terrace -Provide a designated smoking/vaping area on the roof top terrace -Finish jacuzzi maintenance so that it is available -Provide more cost effective meal options (I assumed prices were high due to room service menu however they were the same at the seated area downstairs) All-in-all, highly recommended if you want to enjoy your stay in central Montreal and explore during the day on foot!

Hotel was very nice. Restaurant and pool were great. Elevators were not. Very slow. Broke down and fire department was called 3 days in a row for them. Only disappointing part. But it’s a great location. Close to downtown events and restaurants.

The staff was kind and helpful.

Great location, steps from the beautiful cathedral Reine du Monde and St Catherine’s street shopping. The lounge has beautiful views. The pool and gym and small flowered terrace on the 6th floor are also nice. One qualm I have, to hold your luggage a few hours they charge $3 per piece, never heard of a hotel that charges to hold luggage, makes it look cheap. Breakfast was decent.

Front desk, room and door staff excellent. The restaurant was very mediocre. The service was terrible with the exception of one guy at the bar that was very nice helpful and enjoyed his work. The female servers at the restaurant that we had were terrible. Not friendly, ask for water, never came, ask for lemons, we had to ask the guy at the bar. Asked for the check at the end of the meal and took forever. Once we told her we had to go, she very rudely asked, well, what do you have to do, like what. Do not recomend the restaurant. The elevators were barely working for 3'4 days. There were 30 min wait at the elevator.

Good location, no surprises.

We only stayed at the hotel for one night, but for the price you pay, we expected a much better experience. The biggest issue was the air conditioning system, which was extremely noisy. It ran throughout the night and made it very difficult to get a good night's sleep. Another disappointment was the parking. We booked through Expedia and specifically filtered for hotels with parking included. This hotel appeared in the search results, but parking was actually an additional charge, which was unexpected and frustrating. Overall, it was a short stay, and the breakfast was good. However, the noisy air conditioning and unexpected parking fee took away from what could have been a much better experience.
