A simple, no-frills motel with just the essentials, and a team of professional staff who made the stay smooth.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family, and unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. We had booked three superior rooms with two double beds each, planning for a family of twelve. We made our reservation three weeks in advance, so we were shocked when we arrived to find out that they had no record of it and no superior rooms available. Instead, they offered us a room with a single bed and a sofa, plus another room in the basement, which we found unappealing due to the smell. In the end, we were squeezed into three single-bed rooms, which was far from ideal for four adults, four teens, and four kids. It was cramped and uncomfortable. If you’re looking for a place that values your reservation and provides decent accommodations, I would recommend looking elsewhere. This hotel really fell short in terms of accountability and cleanliness. Save your money and choose a different spot.

Our room was very clean. The bed and the pillows were excellent, our room was comparable to other 3 & 4-star hotels. We were very pleased and would stay here if we visit Ottawa-Gatineau area again.

Terrible customer service

It looks very similar to the pictures, though the hotel would benefit from a renovation. The staff is very friendly! We had a good experience during our stay!

Good value. Easy to find. Clean but very dated. Balcony room was nice and balcony is large with tables to enjoy takeout and coffee outside. The bed is stated as double but is very small and mattress is hard.

Clean, friendly staffs, quick service. Easy to park.

Clean standard motel. Staff spoke both English & French. Nice small outdoor pool. Little problem with TV connection but staff fixed it right away.

This property is old and the floor is carpet looks dirty. The good side they have enough tables and chairs inside the room.

Excellent check-in with reception staff. Nice restaurant directly across the street. Pleasant comfortable stay.

La propreté des lieux est très bien, fleurs à l'extérieur, la piscine. Nous avions chambre avec cuisinette et c'était très bien équipé il ne manquais rien !

Nothing to add, washroom was subpar, overnight staff wasn’t pleasant to see INDIANS at their motel, the morning staff was fine.
