Staff members were all pleasant and helpful for the entire duration of our stay. Housekeeping kept our room spotless and the front desk staff were always there to help. It’s nice having indoor access to Turtle Jacks. Parking is much cheaper than most hotels in the falls (we paid $20/night or offsite was $10/night - this was in April). Room was partially outdated, but bathroom has been upgraded to a nice walk in shower, beds were clean and comfortable. Microwave and mini fridge in the room. We will be back for the next competition, thank you Niagara Fallsview Hotel for giving us a great experience at a good rate!

Hotel was very clean and the Fallsview room was wonderful. The staff was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early. It was a little difficult to walk back to the hotel from the falls. Overall, I’d stay there again.

Felt we overpaid for our 2 nights. They charged $90 extra on checkout. Suggest you ask them and challenge all departure fees. It felt cheap for $400/night. Wish we went across the street to the Marriott Spa Resort. Live and learn.

Idk about the bar , we didn’t have that because we didn’t ask for the option ( i guess ) but we had an amazing coffee selección and coffe machine and tea ! As for the parking lot it was amazing , super safe and efficient! Thank you so much if you’re looking for something close to everything but not to close for the noise is the perfect place ! I 100% recommend

If you have pets please call ahead . I drove 4 hours and thought I would have a room overlooking the falls only to get there and placed on the first floor with a parking lot view , those are the pet accommodating rooms !

It did not mention there was an additional charge for on site parking and the rate they charged for the pet deposit was never disclosed until check in. And it was much higher than other places we had stayed at before

Parking was convenient on premise. There was a parking attendant guiding guests. The hotel is working on updating it and renovating it. The furniture are outdated and scratched up. Everything appeared cleaned in the rooms. Very good location to the falls and easily to walk around the falls. 15mins or so walk. About 10mins drive to downtown and other attractions.
