The staff were exceptional. From the manager, to front desk and the server at breakfast were all very friendly and welcoming. The eagerness to ensure our stay was good went above and beyond.

The lady at the front desk that checked us in, i believe her name is Melissa, she was so sweet, funny and relateable. She made us feel very comfortable snd welcomed. She even greeted us with a "welcome back" everytime we returned to the property. Very exceptional hotel stay.

Staff were very friendly. Clean room and convenient to get to tunnel. Charging for parking should be free especially when there are a lot of homeless people are around.

Surrounded by unsafe conditions. Soup kitchen and sketchy people. McDonald had security guards. The actual hotel was awesome though.
