they didn’t clean our rooms. We stayed two nights. In the booking said there was gonna be breakfast included, which was not included nor were we given coupons.There was flies in the room other than that it was a great stay

Swimming pool is very good and the hall is quite picturesque. Equipment in the weights room is old and some machines are not well maintained .

We booked a.piol.vuew and regived a dumpsrer view, across from thenlaundry room. The cleaning staff faught amongst themselves everyday, before 8 am. Atnone point i asked one cleaner for.2.garbages bags and while.I was speaking with her a s3cond cleaner came at her regardless.of my being there yelling after her about items from.her cart missing?? The most unprofessional tuing I have ever seen. The site.irs3lf.has many.repairs.needed and the reason we bookednit was for the games area wish.were nit available for some.of.our stay as they were out of order. The only saving grace was the waitress at the bar for breakfast her name was Angelik, she was good. When we.put in a comllaint in regards to our experience the response was oh yeah we get that complaint about the staff alot, nothing we can do they are unionized. Will not be returning.

Was given the wrong key, then given a key that opened a room someone was already staying in, then given the wrong key again, and lastly was woken up in the middle of my sleep by someone else walking into my room and placing their bags on my bed which woke me up. The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

Checkin receptionist nice but had problem with key. Asked for spare bedding set for the couch for the kids was told it was going to be delivered to my room twice never came. never got extra pillows i asked for. The brunch was ok but staff whinning infront of clients and rushed us to leave… overall disappointing stay unfortunately for us.

The room was nice and clean. The restaurant was pricey, but food was very good. The pool was extremely warm, and there's a lifeguard on duty. The property is being renovated, and desperately needs the upgrade. The main areas were quite dirty and disheveled. The games room is a bit of a joke. There's no store, only a couple of vending machines for snacks. The courtyard is in disarray.The bar and restaurant close quite early, so it's very quiet after 10:00pm. The suite didnt have any dishes or cutlery, and staff were unable to provide a couple of wine glasses when requested, so we drank our bottle of wine from plastic cups. Some of the other guests made me uncomfortable, as they were lingering around, trying to buy drugs. All in all, very cool property, but it was far from being a luxurious experience.
