I had a great stay at Ramada Hotel Laval. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were very welcoming, kind, and professional from check-in to check-out. The location is convenient and the overall atmosphere was calm and pleasant. Thank you for the excellent service—I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. Special thanks to Natasha for professional service

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, especially with the fact that I only speak English. The room was clean and renovated, and was very comfortable. I will absolutely stay at this location again It is well worth the money

My stay at this hotel was extremely frustrating. From the moment I arrived, the staff was rude and unhelpful. I was charged an early check-in fee that was never mentioned in advance, which felt unfair and dishonest. The air conditioning in my room was not working, and instead of fixing the issue properly, they brought me a fan, which is unacceptable for a hotel stay. After I complained, they eventually changed my room. Unfortunately, the problems didn’t end there. The door to my room would not lock, which is a serious safety issue. For a hotel, this is completely unacceptable. Between the poor customer service, hidden charges, maintenance problems, and safety concerns, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
