Ramada by Wyndham London

For the price definitely could’ve exceeded my expectations more by a long shot but was okay, clean but nothing special

Hotel has great amenities and friendly staff. Bathroom had hair in it and room was outdaded but great location for our overnight trip. My son loved the breakfast and pool - toddler approved

The staff was great and accomodating.

The AC/Heater wasn't working, the mattress covers has a few small hairs, the pillows were old and lumpy, the furniture was only, the curtains were torn in some spots, the TV didn't have streaming and the washroom tube had stains. My son didn't even want to brush his teeth or take a shower. I didn't get the chance to place a complaint because we were in a hockey tournament coming in an out during our stay but I can tell you that we will not stay in the hotel again. I expected more from a Ramada hotel. In al honesty, if I hadn't paid for the room in advance, I would have cancelled the reservation. I don't know if all Ramada are in the same condition, but so far I have no interest in a stay in any Ramada by Wyndham. If you want pics of room #240 which is where we stay, let me know and I would gladly send them to you.

Tv not woking for all hotel

Breakfast IS NOT FREE. It is accessible for $15 per person. For just a room, it was expensive. Yes they have an indoor pool, but almost $200 after tax for just the room and no free breakfast the following morning was extremely disappointing.

I wish there were warmer blankets rather than thin sheet like blankets. With it being in the dead of winter, I would’ve expected warmer blankets, I woke up feeling cold. Also, I wish the bathroom had a blow dryer in the bathroom

Toilet was not eve cleaned and no one was available so asked to move, asked to compensate and gave a breakfast voucher - it was horrible buffet

The staff was extremely courteous, warm welcome, was informative and efficient. Room was clean, spacious. Beds were comfy. Bathroom was a but tight. Walks are rather thin. The bar was very nice. Again, friendly staff. Realky nice guy working. Foid was excellent. Great prices, and good size portions.

Staff was good, but the rooms are "tired". First room didn't have a working toilet.

We had an amazing time. Everything was beyond satisfactory. We were welcomed by smiling faces and love the fact we were able to get connecting rooms for part of our group as well as adjoining rooms for the rest of the group. We decided to stay in for dinner as the weather was bad. And the Clover did not disappoint. The children had a great selection to choose from. The adults had everything from Appetizers to the steak. Everything was cooked perfectly 👌 👍 our group also enjoyed the pool. Our rooms were fully stocked with toiletries and fresh towels. We will definitely be back

The staff was great at check in. The room was clean. Ramada is not the highest end hotel, but i did expect a little nicer. Slightly aged. The heater in our room made a banging/knocking sound all night long. It was terrible. Im pretty sure every room wont be like that. But i would rate my stay about a 6.5 out of ten. For the price i think you could do better.

We found bed bugs and were told that Expedia would give us a full refund for our stay.

The room was very clean and the pool was nice and warm. Check in and check out staff very helpful.

The check in process was not up to snuff. I did all the online check in process, get to the hotel and still have to present my card for the deposit, what’s the sense of the checkin online to have to do it all again there. Then go for a check out, as for a copy of receipt, that she is holding in her hand, and she’s she can’t give it to me. I said a copy of the one in your hand. And she was like, you booked through Expedia to use it to get my receipt. The hotel itself is dated, and uses old cleaning equipment, poor maid doing the main carpet could not clean a piece of winter salt, vacuuming the same spot over and over. Also no where on the description of the hotel does it say there is no elevator. Getting a family room on second level, carrying the luggage up, not great. And no family rooms on main floor. When they know guests are coming, they didn’t double check the room and make sure the heat is on. Got to the room and temps were set to like 15 degrees, with minus 18 outside. Curtains open and drafts coming in the windows. Took hours to get up to 19 degrees and make it warm enough to sleep. Didn’t try breakfast as it’s not included, didn’t get to the pool but looked nice enough. The family room, despite being cold, was huge. 2 large rooms, one for sleeping and 1 living area. Nice to relax in, wish there was an extra chair to sit on with the couch, but there was a table and chairs that could be used. Would not recommend to go there again. Pay more for a better hotel.

Pool was nice and warm, room service fast and nice quiet evening for sleep.

Staff is good and on point. Laundry is 24hrs and easy to use
