It was our anniversary and they were amazing, they not only upgraded our room for us, but we were welcomed with a surprise of champagne a congratulatory card and dessert! It was really fantastic and although it’s going through construction right now and there were times of a bit of noise it was still wonderful

Second stay at hotel and enjoyed it again. Hotel being remodeled, but didn't interfere with our stay. I do wish there were some better casual options for food.

Room was beautiful. Food was fabulous and staff were amazing... no complaints! Beautiful hotel. Will return for sure. Treated our pets like family too.

We have been before and have been wowed. This time, I’m assuming because it is shutting down, the grounds seem forgotten, the common areas were not kept clean between guests, the bathrooms are aged and moldy. This is an expensive property and patrons expect more for the amount we are charged.
