Hotels.com verified review

The room had a terrible old bathtub with some type of sand painted into the bottom of it I guess for grip, but it was absolutely terrible on my already sore body and skin. I specifically requested a bath because of my medical status right now, it's required, and it was awful - especially for a renovated hotel, they definitely cut corners on the tub in room 1413. The hotel is nice, for the most part it's pretty clean, however, there was a huge stain on the carpet beside the bed that looked like old vomit that still had dried up crusty stuff on it. There was also a very large stain on the wall in the bathroom that obviously hadn't been wiped properly or cleaned properly. There was also a lot of really weird smells throughout the hotel on different levels and by weird I mean absolutely disgusting. The staff were very kind and thoughtful upon checking in and checking out. The bed was comfortable and clean and the in room furniture was decent. Not sure if I would stay here again as the price is quite high for what you actually get. Overall it's okay. Not great just okay.

The more you pay the less you get! No tea/coffee in reception, parking $16 in the burbs!! Staff could not care less and the dining options a complete rip off! Room was clean and the place was pretty quiet. But whole place was showing signs of needing an update. If it were not for the fact my son was attending an event there following day we'd have stayed at Holiday Inn Express as usual. Everything included there including breakfast! Sheraton breakfast sandwich $25! Happy Jacks cafe 90 seconds walk away $5!!
